This radiator guard is as beautiful as it is effective. Keep your coolant where it belongs with this laser cut 0.100″thick hunk of 5052 aluminum. It is laser cut, CNC formed and then powder coated black.
This protector mounts to the front of the radiator in mere minutes using the stainless steel hardware that is included with the guard.
The screws and nuts that hold the Air-box Cover on have a habit of jumping out of the air-box and running away. No idea where they go, but it is far! These cannot be purchased separately from Suzuki but we found some that are perfect replacements. This little kit includes four screws and the square nuts that go into the air-box. We recommend that you put a dab of silicone or something to hold the nuts in so they don't jump ship like the other ones did.

Like most machines, the OEM pegs on the Africa Twin are for the birds. They are small and provide a minimalist platform to control the motorcycle and they are uncomfortable if you stand on them for very long. You can install new, larger pegs or you can bolt on these beautiful aluminum extenders on top of the stock units. You can see the stock peg inside the topper in the upper image.
If you stand for very long these pegs will pay for themselves quickly. CNC machined with slightly rounded edges on the teeth so they won't eat up the soles of your boots, then anodized black, these are pretty and functional. 2.32" x 3.38" is nearly double the contact area of the stock pegs. Mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included, making installation a snap.

The Cogent Dynamics kit is a simple and effective way to improve the damping for your Africa Twin forks. The AT-1 kit includes two new replacement fork base valves to completely revalve your forks in a straightforward pre-assembled kit. This kit is the adventure proven and suspension dynamometer tested kit for your CRF1000L front suspension. It uses new CNC aluminum damping pistons, valve stacks and check systems which come to you pre-assembled onto a base valve adjuster housing. This means you won't need a micrometer and valve shim experience to achieve the results you need. The Africa Twin 45mm upside-down fork uses sealed top cartridges.
This unique arrangement allows Africa Twin owners to do a simple disassembly of the fork, removing the cartridge and replacing the stock base valve assembly. Your stock valving assembly can be retained while the new AT-1 kit improves your suspension performance.

The Öhlins Africa Twin shock has knob adjustable rebound and compression damping on a 46mm machined aluminum body combined with a hydraulic remote preload adjuster with a hose mounted actuator and mounting bracket. Ride once with a set of TechSpec Tank Grip Pads and you won't want to ride without them again. Measuring just .125" thin, you'll feel the difference the minute you throw your leg over and take a seat. The pads improve the relationship between you and your machine! Yep, now you can squeeze it, grip it and rip it!
This precut kit includes right and left grips along with a custom center tank piece that can give you additional grip as well as padded protection. Also reduces abrassion damage to the center area of the tank.
Please note that the two options are made from the same material. The Red/White/Blue set is NOT the color of the Grip Pads, but the color of your Africa Twin. These are cut slightly lower to meld more beautifully with that great paint scheme. If you have any other scheme, please order the Standard Pads.
These great grip pads give you that improved relationship between you and your machine. You will feel the difference the minute you throw your leg over. Squeeze your tank and feel what a solid seat position is and does for you. They will assist in reduction of vibration, increase in control, and increase in comfort.
Will also help you cover wear spots on your tank whether it be the stock metal or a plastic tank. We tested had a couple sets of these on bikes with plastic tanks for at least 3 years and saw no signs of bubbling, peeling or coming off in any way.
6.6 gallons just not enough? Here is your answer, the 10 gallon tank from IMS. This tank is so large that they installed an internal lift pump to use the full capacity of the tank while maintaining a lower center of gravity than the OEM tank.

Three-stage removable, reusable, black nylon push rivets. Comes in a package with 10 individual rivets. The Africa twin has lots of these holding together the body work. They are easily lost or damaged. Carry some spares in your tool kit.
The SW-Motech Centerstand is something that should be an OEM item. Essential for flat tire repairs, tire changes, chain maintenance, oil changes, loading/unloading luggage and many other day-to-day maintenance operations.
Integration with OEM exhaust and sidestand is exceptional. The extended foot lever maximizes leverage making for easy elevation of your Twin. There are no penalties in clearance for these benefits. Tubular steel construction with a heavy-duty black powder coat provides for a stable foundation for supporting your motorcycle. No sacrifices were made to the performance or clearance of the Twin.
Installation is a simple bolt-on procedure; no drilling, cutting, welding or relocating other components for fitment. Package includes all necessary mounting hardware and detailed instructions.

This is the little rubber plug on the right hand side of the cylinder head. Replace this plug to avoid having an oil leak after disassembling your top end.

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar.
