Shipping Information

In-Stock Products

Some items may be unavailable from our warehouse but will be sourced from our distributor, requiring an additional 2-3 days for shipping. There are no extra shipping fees for special orders. If any item takes over 4 business days to ship, we will notify you via email. We may ship the majority of your order immediately, with delayed items sent separately at no extra cost.

Orders placed after noon Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. For faster processing, please contact us.

*Estimated transit times begin the day after shipping.  Some orders may experience 1-3 day delays due to stock issues or cross-shipment. Ground packages to Hawaii and Alaska may take considerably longer.

*A business day is defined as Monday through Friday. 
Saturday and Sunday are excluded from transit time estimations.

United States Orders

ProCycle retains the right to determine the carrier and shipping method for the shipping options outlined below, including any USPS services. Generally, we choose the best rate from the available service options.

Ground (3-7 business days*):

  • Free shipping on orders over $299 (before taxes and shipping) in the 48 contiguous U.S. excludes tire orders.
  • $12 Flat Rate available only for the 48 contiguous U.S. and excludes tire orders.

Expedited (2-3 business days*):

Next Day (1 business day*):
Out-of-stock items may delay shipment. Please indicate your urgency in the order comments, and we will contact you about any delays to assist in shipping your order promptly. Orders placed after noon Pacific Time will ship the next business day* (no Saturday or Sunday delivery available).

USPS First Class Domestic:
Packages under 16oz typically ship in a padded envelope. Choose this method with caution as it offers no lost or damage assistance. The buyer assumes all responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages shipped First Class without insurance.

Pickup at ProCycle Store:
Free pickup is available for those traveling through or living in Oregon. Collect your order at our Springfield location, Monday-Friday, 10am – 5pm PT. We’ll notify you via call or email when it's ready.

Transit times are estimates. Once a package departs our facility, it is the carrier's responsibility to meet the transit time request. We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Hazardous items like batteries, certain chemicals, and CO2 cartridges cannot be shipped by air, including Expedited and Next Day Air options. If these methods are unavailable at checkout, you likely have a hazardous item in your cart.

International Orders

ProCycle reserves the right to choose the carrier for the selected shipping method, typically opting for the best rate among available service options.

Economy (5-15 business days):

  • USPS International Priority
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited
  • FedEx International Economy

Expedited (3-7 business days):

  • USPS International Express
  • UPS Worldwide Saver
  • FedEx International Priority

USPS First Class International (1-180 business days)
Service is available for packages under 4lbs, taking 5-40 business days*, but may take longer. It’s the most economical option, but offers no loss or damage assistance. Buyers assume all risk for First Class International shipments without added insurance.

Pickup at ProCycle Store:
Free pickup is available for those traveling through Oregon. Collect your order at our Springfield location, Monday-Friday, 10am – 5pm PT. We’ll notify you via call or email when it's ready.

Transit days are estimates and may vary due to customs delays. Customs policies may impose taxes, duties, or excises, for which we are not responsible. We cannot predict any import charges your country may apply. The shipping fee covers transportation only and excludes customs or import fees.

Hazardous items like batteries, specific chemicals, and CO2 cartridges are prohibited for international shipping and will be refunded if ordered.

 We cannot ship to the countries on this list. Please review the USPS shipping restrictions before placing your order. ProCycle is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to international shipping restrictions.

Damaged or Delayed Packages

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged by our experienced warehouse team. 

Damage:

Report any damage during transit to the carrier immediately upon receipt (same day or within 1 day). The recipient is responsible for inspecting and reporting damage or shortages to both the carrier and ProCycle (shipping@procycle.us). After leaving our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for any damages or shortages.

If your invoice shows shipped items that are missing, notify ProCycle within 5 business days of delivery. Claims for missing items cannot be processed if this guideline is not followed.

For any damage claims with the carrier, report the damage at delivery or before unpacking. Provide us with evidence such as photos of the package and damaged items, along with carrier acknowledgment of the damage. Keep the package intact until the claim is submitted. Failing to follow these guidelines may hinder ProCycle's ability to assist with damaged or missing merchandise.

Once you inform us of the damage to your package or missing items, we will file a claim with the carrier and our insurance company if insured, and proceed to arrange replacements for the damaged or missing items.

Delayed Delivery:

A package is considered delayed if not received within 15 days for US domestic shipments or 30 days for international shipments. Please contact ProCycle to report the delay, and we will assist you in locating the package.

Each delay is addressed individually, and we will keep you updated on the progress. Claims are processed through the shipping carrier, and ProCycle will support you with these claims, but we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement if the package is not found, especially if tracking shows successful delivery.

If your Next Day Air or U.S. Expedited order is delayed beyond 3 days, please inform us to initiate a package trace and adjust your shipping charge if needed. Carrier delivery guarantees vary, so timely notification is essential. Note that Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. national holidays do not count in transit times; the first day in transit is the day after shipping.

Shipping Insurance:

We urge customers to buy shipping insurance, available at checkout. ProCycle is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages without insurance.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged based on package weight, destination address, and delivery service selected during checkout.  This amount is for Transit cost only and does not include any customs fees or taxes.

Orders with tires are ineligible for free or $12 flat rate shipping. Shipping rates for tire orders will be based on their estimated weight, destination, and chosen shipping service, which can be calculated in the shopping cart at checkout.

Out-of-Stock Items

Payments for back-ordered or out-of-stock items are treated as refundable deposits, securing your spot in line for when the product becomes available on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified if your purchase is on back-order, along with an estimated availability date if possible.
