950 Adventure

The KTM 950 Adventure was released in 2003 and ended production in 2006 to introduce its successor the 990 adventure.  The 950 adventure is a 942cc 75* V-twin, 11.5 compression ratio, making 102 bhp & 72 lbs-ft of torque mated to a 6 speed transmission, 35 inch seat height, a dry weight of 454 lbs and a 22 L (5.8 gal) fuel capacity.

This is the evolution of taking the proven GPRV1 steering damper and locating it under the handlebars. Mounting the damper unit under the bars allows for addition room on the top cross-bar or bar mounts.

This GPR setup is a good choice for the weekend warrior to the race professional that would like to raise the handlebar height. Perfect for desert and off-road GPs.
