You may have noticed after adding aftermarket turn signals (especially LED units) that your blink rate has significantly increased. OEM flashers are designed for standard bulbs which draw a few watts each, much more than typical aftermarket bulbs or LED signals. This device is an effective alternative to using load resistors because it consumes considerably less watts, consumes less space, and does not generate excessive heat.
The plug is exactly the same as the OEM unit making swap outs a cinch. No wiring changes, cutting and adding connectors. Just plug it in and you will have a steady flash at the DOT OEM rate regardless of what signal bulbs you use. It is an all solid state design and will blink correctly with loads all the way down to 0.1W / 0.01A.

Here is a tool to help you remove a few links from a chain that is too long. A great tool to have in your tool box.
The head of the pivot pin you are going to remove must be ground down level with the side plate before using this tool to push it out. Failure to do that will cause damage to the tool that is not covered by any warranty!

The Ohlins Africa Twin shock has knob adjustable rebound and compression damping on a 46mm machined aluminum body combined with a hydraulic remote preload adjuster with a hose mounted actuator and mounting bracket. These covers will NOT fit early kick start only models that did not come standard with electric start. If you have added a kick starter to your bike that came with an electric start, covers will fit with no problem.
Make the Edge-2 Circuit Board installation as easy as possible with an Optional Connector Set. This allows you to put an OEM style connector on the Edge Taillight making the connection simple. This new unit from JNS will protect your cases from the damage caused by a thrown chain, and will also keep your pants, boots or foot safe from your countershaft sprocket.
The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.
All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.
If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.
Savvy DR650 owners will remove the upper chain roller. You can use this stainless steel button head screw to plug the threaded hole. Suzuki did not make the upper roller mount strong enough. If you don't remove it yourself the chain will likely do it for you - along with a chunk of metal out of the frame.
Replace your lost or broken stock plastic chain guard with a JNS aluminum one. Laser cut, CNC formed, TIG welded, and powder coated a beautiful satin black. This is a direct replacement for the stock unit.
Please note that this unit is a bit wider than the stock one and will have to be trimmed if you are running a big fat SuperMoto wheel/tire.
Changing tubes or tires without the right tools can be a real chore. The RAM-B-238U consists of a B size 1" diameter rubber ball on a 2.43" x 1.31" diamond plate. The plate has two holes 1.912" from center to center, matches the industry standard AMPS hole pattern and will connect to a large variety of RAM mounts and third party cradles.

T7 Solo Carry rack has been designed predominantly for the solo rider to keep loads as forward and low as possible. The plate has multiple attachment points making easy to tie down bags.
The plate is pre-drilled for mounting systems for both Givi monokey and Rotopax. The rack is light in weight only weighing 2.3kg.

This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.

Parabellum uses 4 steel brackets mounted to factory locations as well as our stand-off windshield design to ensure the customer doesn’t have to drill extra holes in the cowling but still achieves that iconic upright look of the real Dakar Rally bikes.
The Rally shield protects the rider’s torso/chest from air, cold, roost, branches and bushes while leaving the rider’s head/helmet in clean air. We recommend the Rally shield for riders seeking some protection, but prefer to be off-road.
The Rally shield is made from 1/8 inch cast acrylic and is 11.5 inches wide at the bottom and 17 inches tall.
Protect your frame/paint from scuffs and scratches with frame guards. The CR 500 frame guards are made from 2mm 5052 marine grade alloy and CNC machined in one piece for strength.
All frame guards are supplied with all necessary mountings and stainless bolts. With a polished finish they look great and are easy to install.
