This kit is not just a bulb, but an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. Included is a wiring harness and all the required hardware to make this installation quick and easy and entirely plug and play. No cutting, no drilling, no wiring modifications are necessary. The headlight features separate low and high beam projectors in a custom headlight shell designed specifically for this LED bulb.

Body is made from lightweight 6061 T-6 brushed aluminum and the end cap and intake tube are stainless steel. Silencers include wire-meshed spark arrester that can be removed for closed-course racing. Optional end caps allow fine-tuning of power delivery for different types of riding and terrain.
Our very own high flowing head-pipe is made in the USA using a CNC (computer numerically controlled) mandrel bender for an absolute perfect fit. It is a high quality 3-piece welded two into one, stainless steel head-pipe.
The SS Pro-Flow is a tested upgrade over stock that will bolt right on with no modifications needed.

CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum by the crew at Warp 9. This upper triple clamp will help to get the bars out of your lap on the XR650L. It allows for six different bar positions (three mount positions and reversible offset mounts). Uses the stock key switch and works with the handlebar lock. Speedometer and indicators all use mounting positions as well.
This clamp comes with 1-1/8" handlebar mounts.
Throttle cable routing on the XR650L gives you very little extra slack for raising the bars or adjusting them towards the rider. We now offer throttle cables that are 3" longer than stock allowing you to customize the bar position to your riding style.

This retainer is has a no hassle installation for quick change sprocket swaps with simple readily available tools (pliers and screw driver).
This spring clip retainer takes the place of the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners when a FRITZCO sprocket is used.
Designed for OFF ROAD USE with the thought in mind that you can ride to your favorite off road spot using a 15 or 16 tooth sprocket and larger than stock rear sprocket. Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat.
Comfort Cell Foam retains resiliency and doesn't crush down like the stock foam so they can build a lower seating platform. This gives you better ground reach and a lower center of gravity. For the off-road enthusiast they were sure to leave enough nose to allow you to slide up the tank and get through the corners faster. Or slide back to skim the front end over the whoops.
As you're seated, the bones in your posterior that take most of your body weight are roughly seven inches apart. Your stock seat at its widest point is 8". This actually makes the foam of the stock seat crush in and applies pressure to the center of your body. The Corbin model is a full 11" and is built with denser, sculpted foam that supports your body weight over a greater area and equalizes pressure. If you consider actual seating surface, the Corbin model gives you over 200% more body contact! Long story short, greater riding comfort!
On the top, they cover it with only the highest grade of weather resistant materials for durability and long life. To add a bit of flair, they offer an embossed material in a variety of colors that gives the look of Carbon Fiber (they do not recommend using leather in these saddle models). Saddle mounts similar to stock with two bolts into the chassis. In order to provide a closer fit to the bodywork and tank, it is necessary to mount the supplied seat bracket to the bike first, then mount the seat to the bracket. Illustrated instructions can be found here.
The default vinyl choices are black 'carbon fiber' on top and 'asphalt' on the sides, 'no welts', black logo. You can view all of the available materials and colors through the link below. If you would like your seat built with something other than the standard choices please state specifics in the comments during check out.

Their proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

This optically clear headlight guard is CNC cut for a perfect fit. It is made of durable aircraft grade 3/16" thick cast acrylic which resists harsh rock impacts, trail scuffs, and incidental scratches. Velcro fasteners hold the guard firmly in place and allow for easy on & off should it need an occasional cleaning. Installation is a quick five minute job, positioning template included.
This is a high-quality seat cover done by Moose for the XR650L. This is a replacement cover only, no seat foam and you must install on your existing pan with existing foam.
For LED Auxiliary Lights
From our friends at JNS Engineering, a very nice mount for a set of auxiliary lights on the front of your XR650L. Laser cut from 0.190" 5052 aluminum it is CNC formed and then powdercoated black. (image shows bare aluminum, but yours will be black) One of the best benefits is that it will not interfere with even the largest aftermarket fuel tanks. Includes stainless steel mounting hardware.
Progressive Suspension springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs. Spring rate spans the .45-.62 kg/mm range.

This carry rack is solid and durable made from 5052 aluminum and with its sleek design it will not catch on your clothes or nature. It is an easy install and will allow you to strap your cooler, lunch box, tools, extra gas can, or whatever on the back of your bike. Comes complete with all hardware and easy install instructions.
This is the brace needed to stabilize the big front fender on the XR650L. This simple bolt-on brace reduces wind buffeting at highway speeds. It also helps carry the weight of a fender mounted tool bag.
Made from laser cut 5052 aluminum, then CNC formed and beautified with a shiny black powder coat. Easily mounts in a few minutes using the included hardware.
Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with the FRITZCO DRIVELINE sprocket. The design of their sprockets provide correct chain alignment, allows for full spline contact with the XR650L's output shaft, fit the counter shaft either way, and straight up no hassle installation with the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners (except 13 tooth that comes with it's own quick change retainer). Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that is comparable in every way to OEM Honda and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Honda output shaft and longest wear life possible.
A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.
A 16 TOOTH SPROCKET IS THE BIGGEST FRONT SPROCKET THAT WILL RUN WITH THE STANDARD 110 LINK CHAIN AND 45 TOOTH REAR SPROCKET ON A XR650L* THE OEM COVER WILL REQUIRE MODIFYING TO USE THE 16 TOOTH SPROCKET ON YOUR XR650L.
The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.
You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.
Kouba lowering link will lower the rear suspension 1.75". Comes with bearings and seals installed for a quick and easy installation.
Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.
