This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

Three options are available: two different dual mounts that place the lights outside the fender and a single, center type mount. This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
Reusable billet aluminum muffler joint gasket. Factory joint gaskets usually cannot be removed from the pipe without damage. This one can be used over and over again. Pays for itself the first time you need to remove you muffler during service or repairs.
This is a new gasket for the cylinder head - head pipe junction. Installing a new one with your new header will ensure a good seal and no exhaust leak.
Their baffle was designed to replace the stock insert. The baffle produces a nice note compared to the de-restricted stock version and dyno test results showed an increase on 2 hp up top.

A Suzuki OEM gasket for the Cam Chain Tensioner. You are going to need it if you work on your starter motor. It is not a good idea to re-use this gasket. If it blows out, it will dump a large amount of oil onto your right foot.
