When upgrading your Honda XR150L with LED turn signals, it's necessary to install a diode module to prevent all of the signals from blinking at once regardless of left or right signal activation. Some riders choose to splice and solder their own solution, but we like things plug and play. That means all you have to do is plug in our kit and you're done! There's no need to cut or splice your stock wiring harness or break out the soldering iron and electrical tape.

You may have noticed after installing aftermarket LED turn signals that your blink rate has significantly increased. OEM flashers are designed for standard bulbs which draw a few watts each, much more than typical aftermarket bulbs or LED signals. This device is an effective alternative to using load resistors because it consumes considerably less watts, consumes less space, and does not generate excessive heat.

The plug is exactly the same as the OEM unit making swap outs a cinch. No wiring changes, cutting and adding connectors. Just plug it in and you will have a steady flash at the DOT OEM flash rate when aftermarket LED turn signals are installed. It is an all solid state design and will blink correctly with loads all the way down to 0.1W / 0.01A.

Made from heavy duty 1/8" thick stainless steel, these mounting brackets are specifically designed for mounting 2" LED auxiliary lamps to the front of your TW200. From our friends at JNS Engineering, a very nice mount for a set of auxiliary lights on the front of your KLR650. Laser cut from 0.190" 5052 aluminum it is CNC formed and then powdercoated black. One of the best benefits is that it will not interfere with even the largest aftermarket fuel tanks. All included mounting hardware is stainless steel.

CNC machined from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate with lots of slots to attach your Rok Straps (or other straps). This gives a considerably wider deck than the standard B&B Rack. The Bag Snake kit works great for rear bags and side bags. When rigged with a side bag the second ring on the ring tensioner creates a secondary buckle so you can loosen the top for access and your bag doesn't fall away from the bike.

When rigged for a rear bag the diagonal section of the strap prevents any slippage over the ends of the bag. For this reason, the Bag Snake is great for smaller rear bags.

JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.

Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

Billet levers that are short enough to provide clearance for your hand guards. Warp 9 Flex Brake Levers are machined billet, anodized and hinged with a CNC machined master cylinder interface. Adjustable reach allows customization to the rider's hand size. Double hinge design allows lever to flex out of the way in most impact situations. These high quality levers are approximately 1/2" shorter than stock. Brake lever includes a nice billet clamp with nylon sleeve to allow the assembly to rotate on impact.
