This LED headlight from JNS Engineering is DOT approved and an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. Included is a wiring harness and all the required hardware to make this installation quick and easy and mostly plug and play. The DOT kit does not have a daytime running light (parking light) and may require minor trimming on the backside of the fairing. JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.
Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.
If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.
Is the cylinder head intake boot on your DR650 cracked or weathered, is it missing parts of the lip to seal around the carburetor, have you recently pulled the intake boot off only to realize the O-ring behind it is hard & brittle? The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.
The headpipe gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head, thereby making them a single use part. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
The muffler joint gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers (Q4 or PowerCore 4) do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler do require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Have you lost your stock heat shield, or need one on an aftermarket head pipe? FMF makes this nice unit that includes clamps, heat shield with the FMF logo and button head screws to hold it on. We recommend Anti-Seize on all exhaust fasteners.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.
Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.
The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.
The X-Grip with handlebar mount is best suited for larger phones up to 4.5" wide. The spring loaded X-Grip cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit. Kit also includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.
These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.
Made from 1/8" thick stainless steel with dual folded edges for additional strength, these brackets will relocate your passenger pegs down 4" and move them back 1.5". This will give your passenger additional legroom making two-up riding much more comfortable.

Simply unbolt your stock brackets and bolt these in their place. The bracket on the right side (brake lever side) is shorter than stock to correct the offset in the stock pegs. On kickstart models, the stroke of the kickstart lever is shortened slightly. Should you ever need to replace the pegs in the future, simply order pegs for the Yamaha YZ or WR 250/450.
