The GBrakes steel braided brake lines for the T7 replace the stock rubber lines to enhance braking performance. Stock rubber lines expand under pressure giving a spongy and inconsistent feel at the lever/pedal.

This kit includes all 7 lines involved in the ABS braking system front and rear. These high quality lines utilize the finest materials available to eliminate expansion: Teflon inner hoses wrapped in 64 strand staInless steel weave, heavy duty hardware and machined fittings. Filling and bleeding a Magura hydraulic clutch does not need to be a routine chore and should only need to be done when air infiltration within the system is suspected. Magura uses mineral oil, which does not absorb moisture from the environment, to lubricate the whole system.

Note: Magura hydraulic systems use ONLY mineral oil. Do not introduce DOT brake fluid of any kind into a hydraulic system designed to use mineral oil as this will cause corrosion to the internal seals and system failure may result. The only time anyone should ever need to replace the hydraulic fluid in a Magura system is following a hydraulic line exchange, a system upgrade, a crash which has damaged the system components or in a situation where a lack of fluid within the system has been diagnosed by poor lever feel.

If you do need to bleed your Magura hydraulic system, their custom made kit does indeed make that chore easier.

Yamaha uses this seal material in many places on several motorcycles. It is like weatherstripping and is used to seal up the edges in the TW200 air-box. A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.

These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield. 

All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.

This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.
