The Honda CRF1000L Twin Dakar Bash plate. Our all new engine protection system is designed to provide all the benefits of a lower crash bar and bash plate in one. It is constructed from 4mm & 5mm 5083 structural plate combined with 20mm heavy wall alloy tubing to form the outer profile. It is mounted in seven locations to make it the most rigid bash plate on the market. It has a narrower profile and fewer snag points than the conventional crash bars. Available in polished or black powder coat.
Fitment notes:
- Will fit with most upper fairing crash bars. Honda Genuine do not fit with bash plate on the standard models.
- At this stage, we do not know what aftermarket headers the bash plate will fit with.

The Honda CRF1100 DCT Bash plate is a full coverage Rally style protection for frame rails & lower to mid engine cases. Constructed for more serious off road use in mind, it features multiple additional mount points, paired with a semi double skin 4mm 5083 aluminum Bash plate. All CNC machined and fully tig welded, the side wings are partial double walled for extra stiffness. It also features the addition of a HDPE end plate for the clutch case mated to a rubber puck insert on the plate for additional protection.

B&B Off Road Engineering Radiator Guards are much stronger than the plastic OEM guards. Made from extruded aluminum and then CNC machined, these guards us a louver design like those of a modern motocross machine which provides maximum protection while allowing maximum airflow through the radiator for excellent cooling.
With the mounting system for these guards, they are easily and quickly removed if you need to get in for a good cleaning. Remove four easily accessible bolts and the guards are out of the way.

B&B Off Road's Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sport Mini and Maxi Luggage Racks are a two-piece design that requires no modification for mounting.
Both the luggage plate and adapter mounting plate are made from 5mm aluminum 5083 structural plate.
Very quick installation and can be done in a matter of minutes. The adapter plate is threaded for an easy install and removal of luggage plate which also includes mounting locations of their extension plate (sold separate).
All the necessary bolts and brackets are supplied for mounting.
Rotopax and Givi Monokey are pre-drilled to suit the required mounts.

Made 'down unda' by B&B Off Road Engineering in Australia, these racks are CNC machined from 5mm 5083 aluminum plate with lots of slots around the edge to attach your RokStraps or other tie-down devices. The plate attaches directly to the CRF rear frame with four screws that are included.
There are four options for this plate, two sizes (Mini and Maxi) and two colors each (Polished and Black Polymer coating). The Maxi Plate is 18" wide at the seat, 13" long and 8.5" wide at back. The Mini Plate is 12 3/4" wide at the seat, 11" long and 9 1/4" wide at the back.
The Big Tour Extension optional add on below is a forward extension for the Luggage Plates shown above. CNC machined from the same 5mm 5083 aluminium plate, this covers the rear portion of your seat and turns that area into a solid platform for packing more stuff for your RTW adventure.

Exhaust
Spark Arrestor
Their baffle was designed to replace the stock insert. The baffle produces a nice note compared to the de-restricted stock version and dyno test results showed an increase on 2 hp up top.
A noise test on the insert was conducted at the EPA Victoria Vehicle Test Station at Macleod under controlled conditions with Class 1 meters.

Some extra details:
- The ADR test is conducted at an engine speed which is 50% of the engine rpm at which the engine develops maximum power. However, this engine speed is determined when the bike is in restricted form, with a throttle restrictor that stops the throttle being fully opened. This is why the ADR engine test speeds are so low. However, they are the engine speeds used to determine compliance.
- On the ADR test, the B&B tip was over the signature noise emission, but a tolerance of 5 dB(A) is allowed before prosecution would be initiated. With this tolerance, the insert would not be prosecuted as it is just 4 dB(A) over the signature.
- When tested with the standard OEM tips (as fitted when delivered from Suzuki Australia), the Suzuki came in at 95 dB(A) for the ADR test

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. Medium is a compromise between firm and soft. Firm grip has the same feel as a stock grip, it is very strong and has very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. Half Waffle has waffle pattern in finger area for traction and diamond pattern on palm side to reduce blisters. Full Waffle: designed after the CR Honda® grip.
