Our very own high flowing head-pipe is made in the USA using a CNC (computer numerically controlled) mandrel bender for an absolute perfect fit. It is a high quality 2-piece 18 gauge stainless steel head-pipe with 1 3/4" outer diameter, compared to the stock outer diameter of 1 1/2".
The SS Pro-Flow is a tested upgrade over stock that will bolt right on with no modifications needed. It is compatible with any combination muffler/mid-pipe, as well as all motor configurations of the DR650 '96-current.
Includes a stainless steel band clamp for the mid-pipe joint, clamp-on heat shield mounts, to use with stock heat heat shield and a stainless steel flange at the exhaust port mount. We recommend a new exhaust gasket when installing your new SS Pro-Flow.
The FMF Gnarly pipe focuses on increasing the lower RPM horsepower and torque to get you out of the toughest terrain. When looking to add 4-stroke tractor like torque to your 2-stroke and you need a pipe to withstand the harsh elements, this is the pipe for you. Full System
The RS-4 Race Series slip-on gives the CRF250L more power and torque, the RS-4 provides more punch at bottom end without sacrificing the mid and top power. Made from a durable1680D fabric, the Octane Tech Vest has been designed to offer a versatile increase in storage ability for the extra gear you require on the fly. With multiple pockets easily accessible whilst being worn, life just got a whole lot easier. Being able to interchange the Octane Tech Vest when needed significantly adds to the versatility and load carrying ability of any CONFIGR8 pack system.
The Octane Vest can be easily attached to any CONFIGR8 backpack via our unique tool free Ladder Lock System. Once connected there are nine easily adjustable positions to ensure a custom fit. Comfort is assured with a soft-vented mesh liner and two removable Nitrile EVA foam padding inserts. The unique application of quad load distribution straps stops the pendulum effect of the backpack, allowing it to be fully loaded and still maintain a balanced position. The quad load straps also distribute the weight evenly over the chest reducing the apparent load effect of the pack and freeing up shoulder movement.

The Exotec chest protector is a hard shell polycarbonate chest plate that offers optimal airflow keeping you cool whilst offering full roost protection. The chest plate is ergonomically attached to any CONFIGR8 backpack pack by the use of a ventilated Soft Shell shoulder guard further enhancing comfort. Zac Speed Exotec protectors come in two sizes (refer sizing chart) Medium/Large and XLarge/XXLarge.
The Unique application of the quad load distribution straps allow the backpack to be fully loaded and still maintain a balance position on the user without riding up the chest offsetting the pendulum effect. The quad load distribution straps also reduce the apparent weight effect of the pack load by distribution of the effective load through the entire chest plate. The Recon S-3 has been designed for intermediate distance rides and is a mid sized pack. The Recon has the flexibility of free load storage space on the outside with increased internal storage above the smaller Sprint R-3. The Sprint Enduro backpack has been purposely designed for short fast competition rides with its minimal design and aggressive graphics. The Sprint R-3 is a fourth generation pack that adopts the NEW CONFIGR8 adaptive pack harness system. In keeping with tradition the Sprint is a low profile design to minimize lateral and vertical movement. New off-road wheels for your KTM 950 or 990 from Warp 9. Both are OEM sizing, 21" x 2.15" front and 18" x 4.25" rear. These rims are made from 7050 alloy Aluminum, much stronger and thicker than the stock rims.
Hubs are CNC machined and available in silver, black, orange or blue. Rims come in black with heavy gauge stainless steel spokes and nipples. The front wheel includes dual 300mm stainless steel floating rotors that are recessed to accept your stock ABS ring for the 990.

Gasket
Here's another item you might want to replace when you are changing out your front sprocket. Because of it's big back tire, the chain is further away from the center of the engine than most bikes. The engineers at Yamaha decided they had better support the end of the countershaft since it is cantilevered out there so far. They also figured they had better feed some oil out there as well. These Countershaft Seals keep that oil where it belongs, lubricating the countershaft outer support.

The GPR v5 is the fifth generation steering damper. Its compact and slim design allows for the damper to be mounted below the handlebars, out of harm's way, without raising the bars more than an inch.
V5-D Fat Bar kit – A Sub mount kit, mounts below the handlebars. Uses the low-profile GPR V5d dirt bike stabilizer in a cradle-style handlebar mount and bolts to the stock triple clamp. Will raise bar height about 1".
These kits include the GPR V5d dirt bike damper, handlebar mount, frame bracket and all mounting hardware.

Dyno and field tested, the Power Surge 6X will allow correction for humidity, temperature, air pressure, along with race fuels and motor modifications. The tuner adjusts in a matter of seconds in 6 zones, including an accelerator pump feature for more throttle snap response. The tuner can add or subtract fuel from the injection system. Conditions like rich or lean running, and stalling from flame-out at low revs can be corrected.
Jet Kit
We all love our TWs, but the stock jetting leaves much to be desired! Here is a Jet Kit for your stock TK carburetor to improve your throttle response. Included in the Kit are a wide range of main jets to cover any setup, one Pilot Jet, one Jet Needle, and five Needle Shims. If you have added an exhaust system or ride at higher elevations, this is a great way to tune your TW for your needs.

Complete Seat
Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. The Honda CRF1000L Twin Dakar Bash plate. Our all new engine protection system is designed to provide all the benefits of a lower crash bar and bash plate in one. It is constructed from 4mm & 5mm 5083 structural plate combined with 20mm heavy wall alloy tubing to form the outer profile. It is mounted in seven locations to make it the most rigid bash plate on the market. It has a narrower profile and fewer snag points than the conventional crash bars. Available in polished or black powder coat.
Fitment notes:
- Will fit with most upper fairing crash bars. Honda Genuine do not fit with bash plate on the standard models.
- At this stage, we do not know what aftermarket headers the bash plate will fit with.
- It has oil drain access points but for a full oil change with the filter, the plate must be removed (10min).
- Requires exhaust system removal for first-time installation only.
- Fits with the centerstand. Fits with SW Motech, Outback Motortek, Hepco and Becker and Altrider Crash bars UPPERS ONLY

OEM spring rates are 7.7kg on early models and 8.2kg on later models. We offer stiffer spring rates from 5% to 25% for riders who wish to carry luggage or just prefer stiffer suspension.

Bolt Kit
This kit will replace your stock sprocket bolts, nuts and keepers with new hardware.
Many aftermarket sprockets are thinner where they bolt to the wheel and the threads on the stock bolts do not allow these sprockets to be tightened down all the way. These grade 10.9 bolts will alleviate that problem. They are the same length as the stock ones, but the threaded area is longer allowing stock sprockets or aftermarket sprockets to be securely tightened down.
The bolt keepers are genuine Yamaha replacement parts to ensure an accurate fit. It's a perfect upgrade if your keepers have been removed too many times.

Fork Cartridge Dampers, Suspension
Use this installation tool from Cogent to be sure that your Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges are installed correctly. A strong magnet in the end holds the cartridge firmly while you lower it into your fork leg. Then slide the spring over the tool until it holds the DDC down, then gently remove the tool. That simple. Never again question if it is properly seated on the damper rod.
Works equally well for removal when you need to change your fork oil. Also works great with Race Tech Emulators.
