Here's another item you might want to replace when you are changing out your front sprocket. Because of it's big back tire, the chain is further away from the center of the engine than most bikes. The engineers at Yamaha decided they had better support the end of the countershaft since it is cantilevered out there so far. They also figured they had better feed some oil out there as well. We all love our TWs, but the stock jetting leaves much to be desired! Here is a Jet Kit for your stock TK carburetor to improve your throttle response. Included in the Kit are a wide range of main jets to cover any setup, one Pilot Jet, one Jet Needle, and five Needle Shims. If you have added an exhaust system or ride at higher elevations, this is a great way to tune your TW for your needs.
The set includes a 27mm for the rear and a 22mm for the front. Each 10 inch forged steel tire iron has a hex wrench on one end. The rounded spoon end minimizes pinched tubes and scarred rims.
This is a DRC wrench for your axle nut on one side, and a great tire spoon on the other.The long handle makes it easy to undo tight axle nuts and give you a bunch of leverage for changing tires. These are heat treated steel and range from 10 to 10.6 inches long.
For DL650 2012 - 2016. This new shape offers better comfort and support and also addresses the slope into the tank issue that the stock seat has. The passenger seating area is built up at the front to help the sliding effect into the main rider.

Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock.
The little WRs have decent shocks but it can surely be improved with a Rear Shock Gold Valve from Race Tech. This will improve the damping in both directions and make the clickers more responsive to adjustments.
Kit includes all the fork bushings, o-rings, snap rings and washers. This kit comes with what you need to completely rebuild your front fork bushings.

This kit will replace your stock sprocket bolts, nuts and keepers with new hardware.
Many aftermarket sprockets are thinner where they bolt to the wheel and the threads on the stock bolts do not allow these sprockets to be tightened down all the way. These grade 10.9 bolts will alleviate that problem. They are the same length as the stock ones, but the threaded area is longer allowing stock sprockets or aftermarket sprockets to be securely tightened down.
The bolt keepers are genuine Yamaha replacement parts to ensure an accurate fit. It's a perfect upgrade if your keepers have been removed too many times.

Use this installation tool from Cogent to be sure that your Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges are installed correctly. A strong magnet in the end holds the cartridge firmly while you lower it into your fork leg. Then slide the spring over the tool until it holds the DDC down, then gently remove the tool. That simple. Never again question if it is properly seated on the damper rod.
Works equally well for removal when you need to change your fork oil. Also works great with Race Tech Emulators.
