The X-Grip is a frame guard that allows the rider to both protect the frame of the motorcycle from wear as well as adding more grip to the bike.

This is one of the gnarliest skid plate made for the KLR. Made from 3/16" aluminum, it is laser cut and CNC formed. All seams are welded on both sides and the entire plate is black texture powder coated. The plate mounts in minutes using stainless steel hardware.

This kit combines common wide platform Yamaha YZ/WR foot pegs with brackets that are custom made to fit the TW200. Simply unbolt your stock brackets and bolt these in their place. The bracket on the right side (brake lever side) is shorter than stock to correct the offset in the stock pegs. The Dynojet Auto Tune kit is an "add on" accessory that can be used with any of our Power Commander V’s. It connects to the PCV with a single cable and requires only a ground and +12 volt connection to be made to install. If your exhaust does not already have one, a "weld in" O2 sensor bung is included.

Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work.

The Akrapovic double-flow muffler is made of a Titanium outer shell with a Stainless Steel end cap. The joint on the inlet cap is CNC milled and connected to the inlet pipe with silicon-shielded tempered springs. The universal E-series adapter plate is designed to add a Givi Monokey topcase to most existing flat rear luggage racks. All necessary mounting hardware and installation diagram for attachment to generic tubular-steel flat rear luggage racks is included. This is a universal plate so making it work on your tail rack might need a little self engineering.

Typically installs quickly using simple hand tools. The V-Strom suffers from poor compression damping and limp rebound damping. The Race Tech Gold Valve allows you to tune both compression and rebound valving for vastly improved performance.

Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.

Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.

The Valve has a partially drilled bleed hole in the center. IT MUST BE DRILLED BY THE END USER TO THE PROPER SIZE (2.8mm).

Precision tolerances – The tightest in the industry. Ultra-lightweight, for reduced unsprung mass. Straight rate springs will give better control in the rough stuff. Sold in pairs.
