This is the big brother to the very popular 5.3 gallon Acerbis tank with some modifications to add another gallon and a half of capacity. It's the same width between the knees but extends wider and further forward in front of the knee pockets. You want a lighter replacement for your heavy steel stock tank? Don't need the extended range (or bulk) of a big tank? The 3.7 gallon tank from Clarke might be just right. It's almost 5 lbs lighter and holds close to 1/2 gallon more fuel than stock to increase your range by about 20 miles. Fits with your stock petcock, Pingel or Raptor petcock.

We worked with TechSpec to have them make custom tank grip pads that look great on both Acerbis (5.3 and 6.6 gal.) and IMS tanks. These pads not only cover those ugly scuffs, but give great knee grip to the slippery plastic.

These have been tested on two of our shop bikes for over 3 years, they did not bubble or peel off in any way.
