Your choice of an aluminum bolt-on foot pad or a steel weld-on unit. Each will make the footprint of the stock side stand considerably larger, preventing your DR from tipping over in soft terrain. The bolt-on unit is cut from aluminum and then powder coated black, it comes with stainless steel mounting hardware.

The bolt-on pad and does require use of a drill for installation. The weld-on pad will need to be welded to the stand and then the entire unit painted for corrosion protection.

The Powercore 4 spark arrestor muffler. FMF developed the Powercore 4 to increase the horsepower and torque throughout the entire power curve. Highest quality packing for long life. Yoshimura RS-3 that will slip right on to your stock header. Made by hand to the highest quality standards using the championship-winning racetrack experience and their extensive R&D facility ensure these pipes perform and will last.

Both full systems and slip-on mufflers include 96 dB sound insert/USFS approved spark arrestor installed in the muffler. Mid-pipe is stainless steel while the stainless RS-3 oval muffler design has a slim profile with an aluminum end cap.

The RS-4 Twin Pipe kit was previously only available as a custom system for Kevin Schwantz.

Yoshimura is offering these incredible "Twice Pipes" which are completely fabricated by hand and TIG welded to perfection. They certainly sit at the high end of what is available for the mighty SM... The pipes have a stainless steel header and "Y" pipe mated to twin carbon fiber or aluminum RS-4 mufflers for incredible looks and performance. The kit also comes with a custom Yoshimura side stand.

The race-bred RS-2 exhaust has proven to be extremely popular among rider looks for a combination of performance and value. These heavy-duty aluminum brackets are laser cut from 0.190" 5052 Aluminum then powdercoated black. Designed specifically for mounting auxiliary lights to the front of your DR650, the mount goes between the fender and the lower triple clamp. Longer fender bolts are included in each kit. installs in 10 minutes.

Three options are available: two different dual mounts that place the lights outside the fender and a single, center type mount. The 2" mount is for smaller type lights and is 8-5/8" between the mounting holes while the 3" is 10-3/8" between the mounting holes. If you are going to use larger style lights, the 3" mount is for you.

Note! The Dual 2" and 3" mounts do not work with the Acerbis 6.6 gallon tank! They make contact prior to full lock. Mounts are fine with other oversize tanks.

We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.

This kit does not include parts to mount aftermarket turn signals. The pre-installed processor board allows the turn signals to be integrated in to the tail light.

These thumb-screws replace the stock headlight adjustment screws. These adjusters make it much easier to keep your headlight aimed properly. This is even more important if you are running the HID headlight as it is very easy to dazzle oncoming traffic if your headlight isn't aimed correctly.

Front fender from ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. These are held to the cast Warp 9 lever with a pin and e-clip making them easy to change out. Includes new pin and e-clip in case you lose yours.

The Warp 9 shift lever is black anodized and the Warp 9 logo is laser etched into the finish. The black anodized knurled aluminum tip is folding and returns via a stainless-steel return spring. Includes the pinch bolt as well.

The tip is replaceable in the event of damage.
