This accessory for the Edge-2 tail light will NOT work with the stock tail light. This is a drop-in replacement for the stock circuit/LED board in the Edge and Edge-2 with a new circuit/LED board that has programmable integrated turn signals, safety brake pulsing and brighter LED's than the stock Edge-2 unit.
Even though this product provides integrated turn signals, that functionatility does not have to be used. The product can also be used with external signals, and provides patterns to sync with the blink rate of external signals. Here are just some of the options available with this unit.

This is a simple three piece kit you can install in minutes that cleans up the stock DR rear-end. We recommend the Fixed Rate Flasher unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system, when the load changes the stock flasher relay will "hyper flash" or blink at about twice the rate it normally does, this occurs even on a factory LED system such as the CRF450L.
