By popular demand. This is our own mid-pipe adapter kit for the GSXR exhaust cans. The unique design works with both 3-bolt Hayabusa and 4-bolt GSXR mufflers. It features all stainless steel TIG welded construction with a laser cut adapter. A spring tensioned slip joint allows for heat expansion. A stainless steel hanger strap allows it to attach to your original muffler mounting point. No welding is required. Mid-pipe length is approximately 17" long.
This mid-pipe does not require a stock muffler joint gasket when used with the stock headpipe, the SS Pro-Flow, or the FMF headpipe, eliminating the hump in flow.
Don't forget a fresh seal ring gasket that fits between your muffler and mid-pipe adapter.

Spark Arrestor
The ProCycle SS1 muffler was designed so this existing spark arrester will fit right in. This is also the same unit that is often adapted to the GSXR 40F0 muffler. It fits FMF exhaust as well.

These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs .42 kg/mm.
Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs.
They will make a big improvement in the front forks while still delivering a smooth ride. Sold in pairs.
Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and one bottle of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.
Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock.

Fork Cartridge Dampers
These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.
Stiffer fork springs are required to realize the full benefits of the DDCs. Please call if you have any further questions.
The DDCs are not recommended for use with progressive springs.
Add the DDC Install/Removal Tool which makes installation much easier.
Combo Kits include both Compression as well as Rebound/Mid-Valve Kits with a significant cost savings over purchasing these kits separately. Shock Shaft & Valving
Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.
Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.
The Valve has a partially drilled bleed hole in the center. IT MUST BE DRILLED BY THE END USER TO THE PROPER SIZE (2.8mm).
G3-LD Gold Valves provide better control for any rider by creating more shim leverage and decreasing the angular shim deflection.

Parabellum uses 4 steel brackets mounted to factory locations as well as our stand-off windshield design to ensure the customer doesn’t have to drill extra holes in the cowling but still achieves that iconic upright look of the real Dakar Rally bikes.
The Rally shield protects the rider’s torso/chest from air, cold, roost, branches and bushes while leaving the rider’s head/helmet in clean air. We recommend the Rally shield for riders seeking some protection, but prefer to be off-road.
The Rally shield is made from 1/8 inch cast acrylic and is 11.5 inches wide at the bottom and 17 inches tall.
The new Touring windshield for the 2008-on Kawasaki KLR650 has been completely redesigned to both improve protection as well as appearance.
Parabellum utilizes the stock windshield screw locations with our angled brackets to mount the newly designed shield. The windshield uses stand-off technology so the shield is more upright. This allows a smaller shield to give more protection. This also keeps the top edge of the shield away from the rider when standing on the pegs and using other off-road riding techniques.

The GCAG Bottle Holster is designed to support many different bottles. The Bottle Holster can attach to their Uprising Soft Rack, Hardcore Soft Rack, or anything you can get the straps around. This is an easy and convenient method to carry extra liquids.
The Following bottles have been tested and verified:
- 1 Liter fuel bottles such as Primus, MSR, and Optimus
- 1.5 Liter fuel bottles from Primus
- 1 liter Nalgene bottles
- 40oz Thermoflask water bottle
Any bottle with a circumference of 11.5" or less will fit.

Easily repair broken buckles on any piece of gear using 1" webbing.
These buckles are made of acetal plastic and they are as tough as it gets. They were originally designed for military use.
The slot on the female half of the buckle allows "no-sew" installation. Stash an extra buckle in your pocket and you have an easy way to repair broken gear while adventuring.

The Mondo UL Kit is the next evolution of the GCAG product line. The "UL" stands for Ultralight. They have designed these straps to be light and rugged.
FEATURES:
- GCAG Tensioner - Their tensioner is designed to keep your luggage tight even while traveling. The GCAG tensioner is designed with heavy duty elastic running inside 1" tubular climb-spec webbing. This allows the load to transfer from the elastic to the webbing prolonging the life of the strap and providing a fail safe to the elastic you will not find in other brands.
- Mil-Spec Quick Release Buckle - These buckles are convenient, but most importantly, they are tough! Proven in combat, they can certainly handle the rigors of adventure. They use buckles that can be replaced with no sewing required. You could easily keep a spare in your pocket.
- Integrated Slack Management - They have utilized another mil-spec product called a Web Dominator to manage the slack on the Mondo UL straps. Roll your slack and secure it with the built in shock cord. Minor length adjustments can be made without undoing your slack manger.
The Mondo UL Kit has been designed to work with or without their soft racks. These straps allow you to use any bag you want for luggage. When installed properly you will be able to thrash about offroad and your luggage will stay put!
To use the Mondo UL Straps make a girth hitch around any mount point on your bike. Next, snap the buckles together and pull it tight. The Mondo UL straps are easy on and easy off.
