This is an upright Dakar Rally inspired shield, designed to protect the rider without interfering with off-road riding. For on-road riding the Rally shield protects the rider’s chest from fatiguing air blasts while keeping the head in clean air. Duck behind it in the cold or the rain to keep from experiencing the brunt of the elements. During off-road riding the Rally windshield protects the rider from mud, dust, roots, rocks, or branches without becoming invasive. The front portion of the B&B Skid Plate bolts to mounts that are permanently attached to the forward motor mount. B&B Off Road's Honda CRF250 Rally bash plate is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate. This grade of aluminum is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding and abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.
Bash plate is installed after first removing the lower OEM plastic bash plate/fairing.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

This kit includes LED headlight assembly with plug-and-play wiring harness, a specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket, and all the required installation hardware.
The headlight features two primary sets of LED projectors, a wide low-beam pattern with distinct upper cutoff and a center spotlight high-beam for long range visibility.

Lose that ugly stock taillight and license plate bracket and install this tidy one from ProCycle. We designed this unit and have it manufactured here in Oregon. Kit includes a LED taillight / brake light unit as well as compact turn signals. We also include splice connectors and split tubing, everything you need for this installation.
There is also an option to include matching front turn signals with side mount brackets that allow you to replace the clunky front signals with the same style as the rear in this kit.
The ProCycle seat was designed for both comfort and function. Our seat is built with an advanced Progressive Density Foam (Pd-F) for those long days in the saddle, and also giving you freedom to move while standing.
The wide and sturdy seat makes long rides more comfortable. The vinyl weave helps keep you cool by letting air flow between you and the seat. The front of the seat is narrower, giving you space for your knees when you're standing, while the sides have grip so you can hold on with your knees while riding.
We will build the seat for you in-house on a new seat pan so all you have to do is put it on and go ride. Choose the heated seat option and we will add a Seat Warmer during the build process.

Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a plusher ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.
Stiffer fork springs are recommended to get the full potential of the DDCs.
