Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the midpoint to distribute rider weight over a greater area.
On this model, they built up the front of the seat to reduce the slope-into-tank feeling of the stock seat. The Africa Twin Rally seat works with either the Comfort rear foam and cover kit, or the matching Rally rear kit, which makes a flat surface that allows the rider to use the full length of the seating area, making it the best choice for aggressive offroad situations.
