Supermoto forged tubeless wheels. These wheels are machined from forged alloy blanks. A 3.5 x 17" front wheel matched to a 4.25 x 17" rear. Hub can be changed out to fit future bikes. Includes brake rotors, sprocket, cush hub and color matched 90 degree valve stems.

Warp 9 Supermoto wheels are built with billet hubs, 7000 series aluminum rims and laced and trued with stainless steel spokes and nipples.

The 3.5" x 17" front wheel includes a 320mm brake rotor and caliper relocation bracket.

The 4.25" x 17" rear wheel also comes with a rear brake rotor already mounted.

Rear wheel Includes Sprocket Carrier with 525 40T Sprocket installed that matches selected hub color.

Polyurethane drive cushions for the DR. Polyurethane has a higher abrasion, cut, and tear resistance than rubber as well as much better resistance to chemical breakdown. This will offer longer life and better damping when compared to the stock rubber cushions.

The DR650 is rather hard on the cush drive rubbers. Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket carrier hub. Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier. Sold as a set of 6 rubber dampers.

The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.

With this upgrades, you can avoid having to keep new replacement cotter pins on hand every time you adjust your chain.

Eliminates the stock speedometer drive for those who have replaced their stock unit with a Vapor or something similar. Light weight billet alloy spacer and a seal to protect your wheel bearings.

Choose 17" Supermoto, 19" Adventure or stock 21" front wheel. All work with the stock DR650 speedometer and cable on either the stock or Warp 9 hub.

Need a few spokes to freshen up your old wheel? Suzuki only sells spokes in complete sets. Here we have individual spokes with nipples so you can get only the spokes you need. Rear spokes are 2 different sizes. The left side - sprocket side - is shorter than the right side.

These spokes fit the original OEM hub and rim only. If you need spokes for custom wheels please contact us.

Billet sprocket carrier from Warp 9 Racing. Available in several colors.

A premium billet sprocket carrier from Warp 9 Racing that houses 2 bearings to help protect against the sideways twisting load that is commonly known to prematurely wear out the bearing and cush rubbers. This wear can cause extreme failure possibly damaging the hub.

Offered in anodized Silver or Black, Includes spacers and hardware.

These are only recommended to work on Warp 9 hubs.

Includes all wheel bearings, new dust seals. The rear kit includes the bearing and seal for the cush drive hub (sprocket carrier). All bearings are sealed on both sides.
