Warp 9 has created a beautiful brake pedal machined from billet aluminum to an 8mm thick work of art. A stainless steel pin eliminates wear in the frame. This pedal has the ability to move the spring loaded brake tip 10mm either way from the center position. The arm is arched to provide clearance for riders who have the lowpeg + centerstand combination.

Rotors are laser-cut from high-carbon content 410 stainless steel then lap cross hatch ground and heat-treated. The finished rotors are mounted on a floating black steel carrier for durability and strength.
The oversize floating pins are CNC machined stainless steel rivets with stainless wave washers to ensure they will not crush as more traditional steel pressed rivets can. Finally, high-temp paint is applied to surfaces like cooling holes and edges to provide a clean, finished look.

Warp 9's CNC shark fin rear rotor protector. To make installation super-easy this fin bolts to a brand new CNC machined caliper bracket. Just remove your existing caliper bracket and remove the pins, install them on this new one and then put the caliper and fin back on.

A CNC machined chain guide for the DR. Stronger than the wimpy stock unit and can easily accommodate the stock 525 chain as well as a 46 tooth rear sprocket (by moving the lower rub block to the forward position). The rub blocks are also a higher grade, longer lasting material.
The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.
CNC machined from billet aluminum and anodized black or blue. If you want to retain your handlebar mounted choke this may be the solution.
These no longer fit the new version of the ProCycle Remote Choke Cable. Will not work with the long or short reach choke knobs.
Supermoto forged tubeless wheels. These wheels are machined from forged alloy blanks. A 3.5 x 17" front wheel matched to a 4.25 x 17" rear. Hub can be changed out to fit future bikes. Includes brake rotors, sprocket, cush hub and color matched 90 degree valve stems.

A CNC machined fork brace to stiffen up the notoriously wimpy front end on the DR. Have more confidence in your front end on or off the pavement.
Split design means that installation takes minutes without having to remove the forks. Available in a black anodized finish.
Here is a complete kit to install oversized tapered 1-1/8" handlebars on your DR650. Warp9 handlebar clamps bolt to your stock triple clamp adding an additional 1" to the height.

The Warp 9 "3-Finger" Lever Exclusive to ProCycle. You asked for 3-finger levers, and we had Warp 9 make them for us. Brake lever includes a nice billet clamp with nylon sleeve to allow the assembly to rotate on impact. Will not fit with the stock OEM wind deflectors.

To make removal as easy as possible, the center tab takes a 12mm wrench perfectly, or a 1/4" ratchet drive in the center.
On each end of the center tab is a drilled hole should you find it necessary to safety wire your filler cap in place.

These are held to the cast Warp 9 lever with a pin and e-clip making them easy to change out. Includes new pin and e-clip in case you lose yours.

A premium billet sprocket carrier from Warp 9 Racing that houses 2 bearings to help protect against the sideways twisting load that is commonly known to prematurely wear out the bearing and cush rubbers. This wear can cause extreme failure possibly damaging the hub.
