Our latest crf230f rack is designed for superior strength in mind for use in commercial and rural conditions. The main part of the rack in constructed from mild steel which connects to the subframe in 3 points and is designed to stiffen the assembly to carry a decent pay load. A small light-duty Dual Sport Rack for the WR. Precision laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum. It is powder coated black with a shot-peened look. This rack is 9" x 10.5" at widest points and has numerous tie points for straps or bungees. It's pre-drilled for a RotopaX mount. Easy installation means it is bolted to the bike in about 10 minutes. There is some minor drilling of the plastic to be done. All necessary hardware and complete instructions included.

Cycle Racks Bag Supports can used for many different Cycle Racks and can be used on either the front or rear rack.

When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards. To install them, wing them out, slide them in place and then wing them back down. Simply reverse the process to remove them.

Rok-Straps are supplied to secure them in place. They are pre-drilled to accept the pattern of the Roto-Pax Pack Mount (sold separately) so you can carry fuel or attach them to your own bags.

B&B Off Road's Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sport Mini and Maxi Luggage Racks are a two-piece design that requires no modification for mounting.

Both the luggage plate and adapter mounting plate are made from 5mm aluminum 5083 structural plate.

Very quick installation and can be done in a matter of minutes. The adapter plate is threaded for an easy install and removal of luggage plate which also includes mounting locations of their extension plate (sold separate).

All the necessary bolts and brackets are supplied for mounting.

Rotopax and Givi Monokey are pre-drilled to suit the required mounts.

Made 'down unda' by B&B Off Road Engineering in Australia, these racks are CNC machined from 5mm 5083 aluminum plate with lots of slots around the edge to attach your RokStraps or other tie-down devices. The plate attaches directly to the CRF rear frame with four screws that are included.

There are four options for this plate, two sizes (Mini and Maxi) and two colors each (Polished and Black Polymer coating). The Maxi Plate is 18" wide at the seat, 13" long and 8.5" wide at back. The Mini Plate is 12 3/4" wide at the seat, 11" long and 9 1/4" wide at the back.

The Big Tour Extension optional add on below is a forward extension for the Luggage Plates shown above. CNC machined from the same 5mm 5083 aluminium plate, this covers the rear portion of your seat and turns that area into a solid platform for packing more stuff for your RTW adventure.

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.
