This kit includes all 7 lines involved in the ABS braking system front and rear. These high quality lines utilize the finest materials available to eliminate expansion: Teflon inner hoses wrapped in 64 strand staInless steel weave, heavy duty hardware and machined fittings. These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs .42 kg/mm.
Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs.
They will make a big improvement in the front forks while still delivering a smooth ride. Sold in pairs.
Included in this kit are .42 kg/mm fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and two bottles of 5w fork oil.
These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.
Stiffer fork springs are required to realize the full benefits of the DDCs. Please call if you have any further questions.
The DDCs are not recommended for use with progressive springs.
Add the DDC Install/Removal Tool which makes installation much easier.
Combo Kits include both Compression as well as Rebound/Mid-Valve Kits with a significant cost savings over purchasing these kits separately. In the "good 'ole days" we got away with just Compression Valving improvements. However, Rebound/Mid-Valves are critical for any modern hi-performance valving setup.

By simply replacing a motorcycle's stock shock linkage with a longer, stronger and lighter DeVol Lowering Linkage, a bike's seat height will be dramatically lower to help give those riders with shorter inseams a more confident and enjoyable ride.
The DeVol Lowering Linkage is not recommended for aggressive riders or jumping. If you need a linkage to enhance the performance of your bike's suspension, the DeVol Transformer Pull-Rod is exactly what you are looking for.
Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.
Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.
The Valve has a partially drilled bleed hole in the center. IT MUST BE DRILLED BY THE END USER TO THE PROPER SIZE (2.8mm).

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. Choose the 'standard' 8.15kg/mm spring for rider/ luggage up to 220lbs. Weigh more than 220 lbs, or are loaded to the max, think about the 10.19kg/mm 'heavy' spring.

SW-Motech makes some of the finest protection equipment available. The set-up for the Twin is available in a standard black powder coating or a semi-polished Stainless-Steel tubing. Both sets will protect the vital components of your motorcycle as well as you from damage incurred during a fall, slide or crash. They will preserve the frame, radiator, bodywork and other critical components from touching down with robust tubular steel. The black kit uses 27/21 mm tubing while the Stainless uses straight 22 mm tubing throughout.
Both configurations have a tight fit for great ground clearance and are designed to work seamlessly with other SW-Motech products like their Skid Plate/Engine Guard and SW-Motech Hawk light mounts. Three secure mounting points per side provide the necessary support that make these so strong. There is no drilling, cutting, welding or any other modifications required for mounting but still allows access to the oil filler, tool box and battery. Kit includes all necessary hardware and instructions and an aluminum cover to replace the OEM plastic cover at the lower mounting point on the left side.
