Made 'down unda' by B&B Off Road Engineering in Australia, these racks are CNC machined from 5mm 5083 aluminum plate with lots of slots around the edge to attach your RokStraps or other tie-down devices. The plate attaches directly to the CRF rear frame with four screws that are included.

There are four options for this plate, two sizes (Mini and Maxi) and two colors each (Polished and Black Polymer coating). The Maxi Plate is 18" wide at the seat, 13" long and 8.5" wide at back. The Mini Plate is 12 3/4" wide at the seat, 11" long and 9 1/4" wide at the back.

This beautiful polished rear carry rack from B&B Eng. is made from aluminum tubing and 4mm 5083 plate. 5083 is used because of its suitability for welding and high level of abrasion and impact resistance. The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

The MotoPressor is a compact pump unit that weighs only 1.3 pounds and fits in the palm of your hand! Measures 4"x3"x1.5"  This makes it smaller and easier to carry with you.

You have to pull the rotor off the crank of your KLR to access the doohickey. The offset in this factory Kawasaki wrench makes that very easy. It is very difficult to get a standard wrench to hold the crank to get the flywheel/rotor off.

The Complete Doohickey Replacement Kit features the Doohickey supplied by Eagle Manufacturing, a torsion spring accompanied by a drill bit, a generator cover gasket, and an exterior cover gasket. Additionally, it includes all necessary components for rotor removal, along with a replacement bolt for reassembly.
