Yamaha uses this seal material in many places on several motorcycles. It is like weatherstripping and is used to seal up the edges in the TW200 air-box. It seals up the air-box so that water and grime can't enter the air-box from the side. Ensures that air entering the box comes from up under the seat.
Dual stage foam: 2 different pore sizes create more trapping area for even the smallest dust particles.
Flame laminated foam: Both "Stages" are not glued but heat sealed to provide maximum air flow.
Light color foam makes it easier to see where the filter oil has covered and where it has not.

Brake Line
The GBrakes steel braided brake lines for the T7 replace the stock rubber lines to enhance braking performance. Stock rubber lines expand under pressure giving a spongy and inconsistent feel at the lever/pedal.
This kit includes all 7 lines involved in the ABS braking system front and rear. These high quality lines utilize the finest materials available to eliminate expansion: Teflon inner hoses wrapped in 64 strand staInless steel weave, heavy duty hardware and machined fittings. A Crush Washer relief channel provides an effective double seal to stop leakage. Each line is replaced from the master cylinder all the way to the calipers and labeled to help with installation.

Fork Cartridge Dampers
These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.
Stiffer fork springs are required to realize the full benefits of the DDCs. .42 kg/mm springs are the springs recommended for just about anybody out there. Please call if you have any further questions.
The DDCs are not recommended for use with progressive springs.

Forks
A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.
Developed by the KLR suspenison experts at Cogent, this set of springs will stiffen up that wimpy KLR front end. Choose between .64 kg/mm springs (60% stiffer than stock) or .70 kg/mm units (75% stiffer than stock).

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.
These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.
Petcock
A popular upgrade from the stock vacuum operated fuel valve. Manually operated. Must be shut off any time the bike is parked for more than a few hours. Fits stock tank or aftermarket tank and has both main and reserve. Fully rebuildable.

Headlight
This kit is not just a bulb, but an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. Included is a wiring harness and all the required hardware to make this installation quick and easy and entirely plug and play. No cutting, no drilling, no wiring modifications are necessary. Luggage Racks
The Nomadic Rack for the early generation KLR650. CNC laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum with a large 12" x 18" mounting surface area. Sand blasted and then powder coated black to give it a shot peened look. This rack is an easy installation with no modifications required. There are multiple strap slots for securing gear bags and cargo. Rack is compatible with RotoPax mount. All hardware and instructions included.
Packages available include Rack with the RotoPax Mount or if you really want it all, you can order the Rack, Mount and a Fuel or Water Container.
PMR side utility racks are great for strapping down your soft luggage and keeping it off the rear plastics and exhaust pipe, while adding plenty of new tie down points for any luggage you have on your seat or tail section. They also add an enhanced level of security and strength to the rear end of your motorcycle in the event of a tip over or crash.

Please note that you will need to remove the left side rack to access your lockable factory storage hatch.
DRZ400 rack is available in both a Utility and Sport version. The Sport version is 9" x 9" and the Utility is a full 2" longer for added storage space. Both of the S/SM racks have tabs so you can bolt the stock tool bag on.

The tread pattern optimized for use on dirt and gravel roads, cross-country racing and desert tours. It has lasting off-road performance and knob tearing resistance due to the special off-road compound.
Electrical
Modern technology for the DR650s charging system. Mosfet style regulators produce less heat, are more efficient and last longer than old tech 'shunt style' regulators. Regulator is made by Rick's Motorsports, and includes a ProCycle adaptor bracket to fit into the existing space on the bike.
This regulator / rectifier is Lithium compatible.

Fork Cartridge Dampers
The Cogent Dynamics DDC valves are the most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your motorcycle’s forks. Unique and the first of its kind, a DDC kit is available to upgrade many motorcycles that are originally equipped with simple damper rod type forks as front suspension.
We do recommend stiffer than stock front springs to bring the full potential of the DDCs out. Up to about 200 pounds (rider with gear on) we recommend the .85 kg/mm springs. If you are above 200 pounds (rider with gear on) you should probably go with the 1.0 kg/mm springs.
