The 12oclock Labs EXUP Emulator is used in place of the stock exhaust servo motor when you replace the stock exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust system. The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference.

They designed their hardware to bend rather than break in a significant impact. A wrench or adjustable wrench will quickly and easily bend the bolt back straight. Please avoid using a hammer. A little leverage from a long-handled wrench or pipe will do the job. The whole system is rebuild-able and serviceable.

2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. How does this headlight compare to our original TW200 kit? First and foremost, this kit has SAE/DOT markings and a much wider/brighter high beam pattern. The headpipe gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head, thereby making them a single use part. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
The muffler joint gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers (Q4 or PowerCore 4) do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler do require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall.
