Included in this kit are .42 kg/mm fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and two bottles of 5w fork oil.
These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs .42 kg/mm.
Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs.
They will make a big improvement in the front forks while still delivering a smooth ride. Sold in pairs.
Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and one bottle of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.
Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock.
DDC Tool will not work with this spring series
These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.
Stiffer fork springs are required to realize the full benefits of the DDCs. Please call if you have any further questions.
The DDCs are not recommended for use with progressive springs.
Add the DDC Install/Removal Tool which makes installation much easier.

By simply replacing a motorcycle's stock shock linkage with a longer, stronger and lighter DeVol Lowering Linkage, a bike's seat height will be dramatically lower to help give those riders with shorter inseams a more confident and enjoyable ride.
The DeVol Lowering Linkage is not recommended for aggressive riders or jumping. If you need a linkage to enhance the performance of your bike's suspension, the DeVol Transformer Pull-Rod is exactly what you are looking for.
Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.
Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.
The Valve has a partially drilled bleed hole in the center. IT MUST BE DRILLED BY THE END USER TO THE PROPER SIZE (2.8mm).

The long over-due rally shield for the 2008-on KLR650 is finally here!
Parabellum uses 4 steel brackets mounted to factory locations as well as our stand-off windshield design to ensure the customer doesn’t have to drill extra holes in the cowling but still achieves that iconic upright look of the real Dakar Rally bikes.
The Rally shield protects the rider’s torso/chest from air, cold, roost, branches and bushes while leaving the rider’s head/helmet in clean air. We recommend the Rally shield for riders seeking some protection, but prefer to be off-road.
The Rally shield is made from 1/8 inch cast acrylic and is 11.5 inches wide at the bottom and 17 inches tall.
The new Touring windshield for the 2008-on Kawasaki KLR650 has been completely redesigned to both improve protection as well as appearance.
Parabellum utilizes the stock windshield screw locations with our angled brackets to mount the newly designed shield. The windshield uses stand-off technology so the shield is more upright. This allows a smaller shield to give more protection. This also keeps the top edge of the shield away from the rider when standing on the pegs and using other off-road riding techniques.
The Parabellum Touring shield for the KLR is also significantly wider and taller than the factory windshield maximizing comfort and wind protection.

The Plugfones Guardian Plus is an upgrade from the Guardian with an expanded feature-set and functional changes. A step above the Basic series including enhanced audio, the option for replaceable plugs, extended 4-foot cord length, and a straight 3.5mm jack. The IsoTalk™ noise isolating mic dampens ambient noise in busy environments while enhancing vocal audio to make calls clear and concise.
Audio control is equipped with song ahead, song back, volume up, volume down, answer, hang up, and decline a call. Utilizing feedback from our customers, we have moved the control panel closer to the 3.5mm jack for easy access. The Guardian Plus speakers have been factory tuned for high quality audio and an enjoyable listening experience without losing any important frequencies.
Included with the Guardian are 2 different types of plugs (4 sets total included), the first is a comfortable silicone plug rated at a 27 NRR (noise reduction rating) and the second is our patented foam 3-tier plug that leads the industry with a 29 NRR (noise reduction rating). To protect your plugs, the Guardian series includes a hard case with a removable lid and transport them safely.
The Plugfones Guardian Plus is also offered in the VL configuration (Volume Limiting) which maxes the audio output volume no higher than 85 decibels to comply with OSHA environment safety standards.
