Jet Kit Installtion Instructions

Parts Supplied

  • 20 & 22.5 Pilot Jets, 107.5 & 110 Main Jets and Needle Clip on 2nd groove with washer on top of clip.

Installation Instructions

  • If your DRZ is stock, start with a 20 Pilot Jet and a 105 Main Jet. Use the new Needle with the Clip on the 2nd groove with washer on top of Clip.
  • If you have an aftermarket pipe, begin with a 20 Pilot Jet and a 107.5 Main Jet. Use the new Needle with the Clip on the 3rd groove with the washer on top of the Clip.
  • For a richer top end, install the 110 Main Jet.
  • The above recommendations are a good starting point for jetting only. Use the jet combination that makes your bike run the best!
