This kit will replace your stock sprocket bolts, nuts and keepers with new hardware.
Many aftermarket sprockets are thinner where they bolt to the wheel and the threads on the stock bolts do not allow these sprockets to be tightened down all the way. These grade 10.9 bolts will alleviate that problem. They are the same length as the stock ones, but the threaded area is longer allowing stock sprockets or aftermarket sprockets to be securely tightened down.

If you don't remove it yourself the chain will likely do it for you - along with a chunk of metal out of the frame.
