Yamaha uses this seal material in many places on several motorcycles. It is like weatherstripping and is used to seal up the edges in the TW200 air-box. It seals up the air-box so that water and grime can't enter the air-box from the side. Ensures that air entering the box comes from up under the seat.

Here's a UNI dual layer foam air filter element to fit our TW200s. Needs to be treated with air filter oil like any other foam filter.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

Replace your worn out Mikuni stock drain hoses when they get old and brittle with a replacement hose set. 

These 3/16" hoses are measured and pre-cut to length. Kit includes all hoses that fit the Mikuni carburetor.

Included in this kit are the parts needed to repair a second generation TK carburetor. You get a new float bowl gasket, needle valve with O-ring, needle, mixture screw, and stock jets for the '01-'21 models kits.

This is a new Diaphragm Set for your 1987-2000 TK carburetor. If yours has cracked or ripped, here is a replacement.

We all love our TWs, but the stock jetting leaves much to be desired! Here is a Jet Kit for your stock TK carburetor to improve your throttle response. Included in the Kit are a wide range of main jets to cover any setup, one Pilot Jet, one Jet Needle, and five Needle Shims. If you have added an exhaust system or ride at higher elevations, this is a great way to tune your TW for your needs.
