The Akrapovic double-flow muffler is made of a Titanium outer shell with a Stainless Steel end cap. The joint on the inlet cap is CNC milled and connected to the inlet pipe with silicon-shielded tempered springs. A "pre-muffler" of sorts, the Power Bomb actually lowers sound output because it creates more surface area to absorb the sound medium (exhaust). The surface area of the perforated core lets the sound exit into the absorbing material (steel wool packing) and then allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up with the higher pressure air. The result? If your aftermarket exhaust is missing heat shield mounting points, this is the easy fix you’ve been waiting for. 

Includes one stainless steel mounting bracket with M6 threaded nut, and one stainless steel hose clamp.

Fits exhaust approximately 1.1inch-2inch diameter. Trimming may be required for smaller diameter exhausts.

By popular demand. This is our own mid-pipe adapter kit for the GSXR exhaust cans. The unique design works with both 3-bolt Hayabusa and 4-bolt GSXR mufflers. It features all stainless steel TIG welded construction with a laser cut adapter. A spring tensioned slip joint allows for heat expansion. A stainless steel hanger strap allows it to attach to your original muffler mounting point. No welding is required. Mid-pipe length is approximately 17" long.

This mid-pipe does not require a stock muffler joint gasket when used with the stock headpipe, the SS Pro-Flow, or the FMF headpipe, eliminating the hump in flow.

Don't forget a fresh seal ring gasket that fits between your muffler and mid-pipe adapter.
