The RS-4 Race Series slip-on gives the CRF250L more power and torque, the RS-4 provides more punch at bottom end without sacrificing the mid and top power. The T-6 exhaust system contains a stainless steel head pipe, brushed aluminum canister and a carbon fiber end-cap for added durability and a professional look. This exhaust system features the same benefits as the T-6 Stainless Steel Exhaust System, but is designed to fit Yamaha's TT-R125 model. In addition to all of these features, the T-6 will come with a removable United States Forest Service approved spark arrestor for trail/off-road riding.

All of these options are for complete systems, including head pipe and muffler. The S option is for a Silencer only while the S/A is for a system with a Spark Arrestor.

The latest version of the Powercore 4 design incorporates a hi-flow core which mas more surface area to absorb more sound while flowing more exhaust. The silencer is constructed with an extruded aluminum canister is MIG/TIG welded and has space age internal packing. This system is lighter, stronger and provides more power than stock exhausts. The pipe is a stainless steel unit for strength and weight savings.

Powercore 4 S/A has a US Foresty approved, maintenance free, stainless steel spark arrestor screen to be sure you are safe and legal in the woods.

The T-6 Stainless Steel Exhaust System offers the same benefits as our popular Ti-6 Titanium Exhaust System, but the T-6 is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum for increased strength and durability while giving riders a more affordable alternative to titanium. The T-6 comes with a removable United States Forest Service (USFS) Approved Spark Arrestor making it easy to alternate between off-road and closed course riding.

Another great combination package - the FMF Powerbomb header and Powercore 4 Muffler.

The Powerbomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses improving scavenging. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.

The PowerCore4 muffler was developed to increase the horsepower and torque throughout the entire power curve and give you a noticeable power increase that is very usable and beneficial, no matter what your riding style or ability is.

The RS-4 Twin Pipe kit was previously only available as a custom system for Kevin Schwantz.

Yoshimura is offering these incredible "Twice Pipes" which are completely fabricated by hand and TIG welded to perfection. They certainly sit at the high end of what is available for the mighty SM... The pipes have a stainless steel header and "Y" pipe mated to twin carbon fiber or aluminum RS-4 mufflers for incredible looks and performance. The kit also comes with a custom Yoshimura side stand.

The Q4 muffler employs intricate chambers, baffles and proprietary multistage packing material making it the best performing quiet muffler available with a sound output of 96dB; with most models below 93 dB. It is constructed from aircraft grade aluminum and high strength stainless steel.

The race-bred RS-2 exhaust has proven to be extremely popular among rider looks for a combination of performance and value. It enhances performance dramatically, provides an enviable exhaust note and offers the unmistakable look and sound of Yoshimura. RS-2 mufflers feature a straight baffle that leads to a single turn-down machined aluminum end cap.

All models have a USFS Approved spark arrester in a oval-shaped sleeve with a large volume of packing material.
