Made of military aircraft grade 3/16" cast acrylic, this guard will protect your lens from roost, rocks and branches. Optical clarity of the acrylic ensures brightness and projection of your headlight are minimally effected while all the while protecting your headlight from impact and abrasion.

Guards are held to the headlight lens with an industrial strength hook and loop system on each corner.

It is made of durable aircraft grade 3/16" thick cast acrylic which resists harsh rock impacts, trail scuffs, and incidental scratches. 

Velcro fasteners hold the guard firmly in place and allow for easy on & off should it need an occasional cleaning. Installation is a quick five minute job, positioning template included.

This guard is designed to protect your TW200 headlight from rocks, branches, and any road/trail debris kicked up by the vehicle in front of you.  It’s a one piece laser cut steel component with a sleek black powder coat finish.  Mounting hardware is included. 

Note: installation requires drilling two 1/4” holes in your plastic headlight fairing.
