Mount Barkbusters standard aluminum bar handguards to 1-1/8" motorcycle handlebars with the Barkbusters Tapered handlebar saddle clamp set.

These are all you need to mount your current Barkbusters Handguards when you upgrade to a tapered oversized 1 1/8" handlebar.

Made of military aircraft grade 3/16" cast acrylic, this guard will protect your lens from roost, rocks and branches. Optical clarity of the acrylic ensures brightness and projection of your headlight are minimally effected while all the while protecting your headlight from impact and abrasion.

Guards are held to the headlight lens with an industrial strength hook and loop system on each corner.

This new guard is designed to protect your DR650 or DRZ400 headlight from rocks, branches, and any road/trail debris kicked up by the vehicle in front of you.  

It’s a one piece laser cut steel component with a sleek black powder coat finish, that mounts around the plastic headlight cowling (not included).  Mounting hardware is included. 

Note: installation requires drilling two 1/4” holes in your plastic headlight fairing.

Fits OEM headlight cowling only.  Does not fit Maier aftermarket cowling.
