This complete fork upgrade kit includes stiffer fork springs and Race Tech cartridge emulators, as well as a set of top quality fork seals and fork oil to complete the job. Everything you need to transform your mushy stock forks into suspension that really works.

You can select from various straight rate springs to customize the package to your needs.

• Rider and Gear up to 160lb. = 0.47 springs → 24% stiffer than stock
• Rider and Gear 160-225 lb. = 0.52 springs → 39% stiffer than stock
• Rider and Gear 255-275 lb. = 0.58 springs → 56% stiffer than stock
• Rider and Gear 275-325 lb. = 0.63 springs → 66% stiffer than stock
• Rider and Gear 325 lb.-UP = 0.70 springs → 84% stiffer than stock

Race Tech Hi-Performance Fork Spring have the highest stiffness-to-mass ratio in the industry. This means they are lightweight for their particular rate. These spring designs have taken years of manufacturing experience. They require the finest materials and processes.

Race Tech Hi-Performance Springs have extremely accurate rates. They are heat-treated, shot-peened and preset so they cannot sack out.

OEM spring rate is 0.42kg/mm. 

Replace the internal components in your shock with a completely updated design with adjustments for both compression and rebound damping.

The new shaft assembly has improved valving for both compression and rebound, a thicker, stronger shaft, new seal head and bottoming bumper. Comes as a complete assembly ready to go into your shock body. You can add choice of rear spring (required).

Recommended rates:

• Rider & gear up to 150 lb = Stock 6.5 spring
• Rider & gear up to 200 lb = 7.5 spring
• Rider & gear 200-275 lb = 8.3 spring
• Rider & gear 275-350 lb = 8.6 spring
• Rider & gear 350 lb & up = 9.6 spring

Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.

Simply put; Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Installation and tuning for any condition or rider preference is very straight-forward.

Stock suspension suffers from poor compression damping and limp rebound damping. The Race Tech Gold Valve allows you to tune both compression and rebound valving for vastly improved performance.
