This bash plate is made from 4mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.

Our latest crf230f rack is designed for superior strength in mind for use in commercial and rural conditions. The main part of the rack in constructed from mild steel which connects to the subframe in 3 points and is designed to stiffen the assembly to carry a decent pay load. The top plate of the rack is 5mm aluminum with multiple tie down points and predrilled for rotopax/ fluid tanks which are available separate.
