DG O-Series Muffler

This is DG Performance's O-Series Slip-On Exhaust - with Spark Arrestor, for Suzuki's DR-Z400S/SM. The O-Series slip-on features an oval shaped aluminum muffler body (repackable) with a ball burnished finish. This lightweight slip-on weighs approximately 5.5 lbs. and features aluminum end caps front & rear with a TIG welded stainless steel inlet tube. This slip-on is equipped with a US Forestry approved spark arrestor.

This slip-on offers increased throttle response, more power and torque. Standard sound level is approx. 98 db. The 1 inch Quiet Core Insert will reduce the sound output down from about 99 db to about 96 db.

Fuel Tank Vent Cap

If you're like us, you hate the long floppy vent hose hanging off the cap of your aftermarket tank. This one-way vent cap replaces the long hose with a short one only about 2" long. It allows air into your tank but prevents fuel from sloshing out. Machined from billet alloy and anodized for good looks.

'Raptor' Petcock

The famous 'Raptor' fuel valve. Replace your stock vacuum operated petcock with this manual one. Must be shut off any time the bike is parked for more than a few hours. Fits stock or aftermarket tanks. Plastic tanks may need the hole 'ovalized' to fit the dual standpipes.

Lock-Nut Style Rear Axle Nut

The 2006 and newer DR650 did away with the cotter pin on the rear axle and uses only a locknut. This is a nice upgrade for the DRZ400. You can avoid having to keep new replacement cotter pins on hand every time you adjust your chain.

Headlight Adjusters

 

We make these thumb-screws to replace the stock headlight adjustment screws. When you are loading the bike up for a long trip or swapping out your dirt wheels for the motard setup your headlight aim changes. These adjusters make it much easier to keep your headlight aimed properly. This is even more important if you are running the HID headlight as it is very easy to dazzle oncoming traffic if your headlight isn't aimed correctly.

Moose Molded Foam Handguards

Still riding in the harsh conditions of winter? Good, we are too! These foam handguards are great! Really give you the extra protection in bad weather to help keep your hands warm and somewhat dry! These just about double the protection from most plastic type deflectors.

The outer shell is made from heavy-duty 500-denier nylon with 1/2" closed cell foam to keep the wind, cold and rain at bay.

They mount around your existing deflectors with a universal cinch-strap that goes around the lever perch. Then there are twin grommets on the outside of each guard that enable you to attach the outside edges to your existing deflector or aluminum handguard, something with a rigid mount so that wind will not blow these against your levers. These will fit almost any motorcycle that currently has some kind of handguard or deflector.

Mini-Morph Pump

The Mini-Morph is actually a bicycle pump, but is probably the best compact pump we have found for adventure / dual-sport riding. It has a fold-out foot and handle as well as a 4 inch hose so you can set it on the ground to pump! This thing is small enough to stow away in any bag and go totally unnoticed until you need to add air after a flat or just pumping your pressures back up after some serious off-road action.

 

ROK Straps

ProCycle now carries ROK™ Straps! These "flat tie down stretch straps" are designed specifically for motorcycles, ATV's (Quads), and snowmobiles. Carry anything on your motorcycle securely and without scratches with these flat - no hooks - tie down straps!

ROK Straps are a two-piece strap that has a quick-release buckle in the middle and loops on each end. One section of the strap is a heavy duty nylon with non-wearable inner rubber strap. Instead of hooks that can slip or come undone, ROK Straps have a loop sewn in each end and you pass the buckle around your frame, rack or other secure point and then back through the loop in the end making for a very secure mount. With each end secured, connect the buckle in the middle and simply tug the slack end of the strap until your load is firmly held in place!

The real beauty of this system is when you need to take your load off. Simply undo the buckle! When you put your load back on, click the buckle, give the strap a tug and away you go! Very simple and easy.

We carry two sizes of ROK Straps. The first is 60" long by 1" wide and can hold up to 100 pounds. The second size is 42" long by just 5/8" wide, but can hold up to 50 pounds. Cycle Wipes

If you're like us, you've tried everything to clean bugs and grime off your helmet shield. Soap and water works great, but the worst bug attacks seem to know just when to strike, in the middle of nowhere, and don't even think about wiping that glove across that bug splat!

Cycle Wipes are pre-moistened and pre-folded towelettes made with a special non-woven "Dirt-Grabbing Mesh Fabric," which is a fancy way to say that they are soft, gentle, durable, and a lot safer than that old rag or paper towel. Their formula contains no harmful ammonia and is specifically formulated for motorcycle use as an all purpose cleaner for plastic surfaces, especially helmet face shields. Of course they also work great to clean up other bug blasted areas of your motorcycle, like headlights, turn signals, and auxiliary lighting.

Cycle Wipes are packaged 12 to a re-sealable envelope designed to keep them moist until ready to use. They are compact and convenient and easily stored in a jacket, tank bag or pocket. Grab a wipe, remove the bugs and continue your ride! Although Cycle Wipes are very gentle, remove gritty dirt and abrasive particles prior to cleaning. Cycle Wipes are not recommended for use with visor inserts.

These are a moist towelette that requires a soft clean cloth to wipe your shield dry when you are done, so be sure and pack one!
