- Remove your left side cover and locate the stock Regulator/Rectifier.

- Keep the two bolts holding the stock Regulator in place to hold the new regulator in place.

- Mount the adapter bracket in place using the flat head screws that come with the bracket.

- Attach the new Mosfet unit using the same screws that held the stock unit in place.

- Plug in the electrical connector and replace your side cover.
