ElectroSport designed this to have two sets of output windings: one is floated from ground and has two output leads, and the other is grounded on one side. Both windings also have different winding configurations to ensure optimum output.

This skid plate is extremely strong, manufactured from a 5 mm aluminum bottom with 4 mm thick side walls, offering complete protection of the engine block. These pegs from SW Motech are a very cost effective way of getting a much larger footpeg than stock under your feet (2" by 3"). The removable and replaceable rubber cover is a another great feature. It helps isolate vibrations through your feet on those long highway jaunts but you can remove it in a few minutes when you get into slippery conditions that require better traction. Last but not least, you can change position a full 15mm. Two mount holes where the peg bolts to the mount allow that much adjustability. Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket hub.

Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier.

B&B fired up the CNC equipment for another beauty, a Front Sprocket Case Saver. A great investment the 6mm aluminum base will protect your engine cases should your chain ever break or derail. On top of that is a 4mm piece to keep your pants and other things out of the chain as well. This replaces the stock cover over the countershaft sprocket.

Softer return spring for your TM40 carburetor.

This replaces the stock return spring that comes with the TM40 carburetor creating a 25% lighter throttle feel.

Protect your frame/paint from scuffs and scratches with frame guards. The DRZ 400 frame guards are made from 2mm 5052 marine grade alloy and CNC machined in one piece for strength. OEM Suzuki seal retainer for the DR650. Simple insurance against your countershaft seal popping out of its bore.

This is not a common problem but for those folks who have had the seal come out it has proven to be quite difficult to get it to stay in place. This steel retainer eliminates any possibility of the seal coming out and ruining your day by coating your rear tire with oil.

Replace those narrow heavy OEM foot pegs with the ZETA Racing aluminum foot pegs. When you are on your dirt bike a stable platform when riding is important. The aluminum foot pegs offer a wider platform and the spikes offer more traction for your foot preventing you from slipping. Over all it offers more control on your bike. Made from CNC machined A2014 forged aluminum and stainless pins.

Corbin has replaced the two piece stock unit with a single piece model to provide more structural support. They've built two models, one to emulate the seat height of the stock seat in the upper position and one to provide an easier ground reach like the stock seat in the low position. By designing each seat specifically, they were able to keep excellent ergonomics and a properly neutralized seating platform. Corbin's saddle is designed to work with the optional Honda saddlebags. Mounts to the motorcycle similar to stock and secures with the Honda key lock system. All brackets are included and pre-mounted on the seat so it's ready for immediate installation.

Passenger seating area is designed with a neutralized platform to curb sliding forward in the saddle. Dished shaping provides an excellent contact patch while maintaining a clean look. For the best combination of looks and support, add the Ovalbac backrest shown. This backrest provides a generous, contact patch for excellent support. Angle adjustment is simple and can be performed without removing the saddle or backrest from the bike. Please note, the Corbin backrests may not work in the saddle if you are using the Honda trunk.

Want to add a bit of convenient storage without installing a trunk? Corbin's glovebox is an excellent solution for all your quick-access stuff. Simply replace the finishing plate on the Ovalbac backrest and you've just added four liters of locking storage capacity. It's plenty for a couple bottles of water, cell phone, spare gloves, maps and other incidentals. Constructed of durable ABS plastic and available plain or prepainted black.
