The Apollo Heated Grips are designed with an integrated adjustable thumb switch, which allows them to easily fit on any kind of motorcycles on the market. The integrated thumb switch gives control to the rider to adjust the temperature level while keeping hands on the bar for a safer ride.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Don't hit the trails without these tire irons. Each 10 inch forged steel tire iron has a hex wrench on one end. A 22mm for the front and a 24mm for the rear for older generation KLRs ('87 - '07) or a 19mm for the front and a 27mm for the rear for the new generation machines ('08 and newer). Rounded spoon end minimizes pinched tubes and scarred rims.

Use these brackets to mount your light weight auxillary lights or turn signals. They will bolt directly on to the DR650 lower triple clamp bolts. This makes for a clean 'tucked in' installation. Sold in pairs.

This LED headlight from JNS Engineering is DOT approved and an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. Wire lengths, component locations, and end terminals are all predetermined and assembled for you. No electrical expertise needed! The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.

This eliminates the need for a separate switch to operate your auxiliary lights. When your high beam is on, your auxiliary lights will be too. Back to low beam and those high-powered beams will be off so you don't bother oncoming vehicles. There's also an in-line fuse holder for safety and peace of mind. A simple one page instruction sheet is included.

Available in two wattage configurations: 30 watts and 42 watts, which produce luminous outputs of 5000 lumens and 7000 lumens, respectively. If your motorcycle's electrical system cannot accommodate these wattages, the light can be operated in low beam mode, resulting in a 50% reduction in power consumption. The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

This component is a Genuine Suzuki part.

The Phillips type screws used in Japanese motorcycles are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws are very easy to strip if you are using a regular Phillips screwdriver.

Changing sprockets for gearing can wear out the lock washer after a few uses. This is an OEM replacement.

These quality sprockets are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. The rub block is machined from UHMW plastic and can be positioned to fit just about any sprocket available for the DR. These are powder coated black for a great look and additional protection.

Always carry a spare master link when out on the trail.

  Master links are not interchangeable. Be sure to check the manufacturer and series on your chain.

These do not fit the TW200 or XT250. Only for 520 or 525 chains, Please verify chain size.

If your aftermarket exhaust is missing heat shield mounting points, this is the easy fix you’ve been waiting for. 

Includes one stainless steel mounting bracket with M6 threaded nut, and one stainless steel hose clamp.

Fits exhaust approximately 1.1inch-2inch diameter. Trimming may be required for smaller diameter exhausts.

The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.

You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.

We recommend Anti-Seize on exhaust fasteners

Reduce exhaust leaks with this new OEM muffler gasket. This gasket goes between the rear tail/muffler pipe and the header pipe.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

All of these options are for complete systems, including head pipe and muffler. The S option is for a Silencer only while the S/A is for a system with a Spark Arrestor.

The latest version of the Powercore 4 design incorporates a hi-flow core which mas more surface area to absorb more sound while flowing more exhaust. The silencer is constructed with an extruded aluminum canister is MIG/TIG welded and has space age internal packing. This system is lighter, stronger and provides more power than stock exhausts. The pipe is a stainless steel unit for strength and weight savings.

Powercore 4 S/A has a US Foresty approved, maintenance free, stainless steel spark arrestor screen to be sure you are safe and legal in the woods.

Race Tech Hi-Performance Fork Spring have the highest stiffness-to-mass ratio in the industry. This means they are lightweight for their particular rate. These spring designs have taken years of manufacturing experience. They require the finest materials and processes.

Race Tech Hi-Performance Springs have extremely accurate rates. They are heat-treated, shot-peened and preset so they cannot sack out.

OEM spring rate is 0.42kg/mm. 

The progressive factory springs are well known to be way to soft for most riders. Cogent Dynamics straight rate springs will give better control in the rough stuff and when loaded up.

Not compatible with Adventure Sport ES

Race Tech HP Springs have a high stiffness-to-mass ratio. In other words; the springs are light weight for their particular spring rate. This requires the finest materials and processing. Shot-peened and pre-set so they cannot sack out. All Race Tech HP Springs have the highest rate tolerances in the industry. These are the finest springs in the world-guaranteed.A stiffer shock spring will help you get through the whoops or just help handle that extra baggage on the rear.

Stock spring rate is 10.5 kg/mm

Spring color may vary due to specification requirement and availability.

The Moab shock from Cogent Dynamics will change how you feel about your KLR. You may like it now, maybe even like it a lot, but you will absolutely fall in love with it once you mount up a Moab shock.

Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.

For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.

Lowers the rear suspension. Precision machined from billet aluminum and anodized.

*Important when lowering the rear suspension you want to raise the fork tubes in the clamps an equal amount of inches that the rear is being lowered. That way your bike will sit level when done.

Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.

The Cogent Dynamics kit is a simple and effective way to improve the damping for your Africa Twin forks. The AT-1 kit includes two new replacement fork base valves to completely revalve your forks in a straightforward pre-assembled kit. This kit is the adventure proven and suspension dynamometer tested kit for your CRF1000L front suspension. It uses new CNC aluminum damping pistons, valve stacks and check systems which come to you pre-assembled onto a base valve adjuster housing. This means you won't need a micrometer and valve shim experience to achieve the results you need. The Africa Twin 45mm upside-down fork uses sealed top cartridges.

This unique arrangement allows Africa Twin owners to do a simple disassembly of the fork, removing the cartridge and replacing the stock base valve assembly. Your stock valving assembly can be retained while the new AT-1 kit improves your suspension performance.

We suggest installation of stiffer fork springs along with the Revalve Kit.

2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.

Every new set of pegs comes with a 90A bushing installed. This is a medium flex rating. 
80A is the softest and 95A lock-out is the stiffest and has the least amount of flex.

The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference. 

The bushings are high quality yet inexpensive (they achieve this because they use skateboard bushings that are already developed and produced in massive quantities around the world) and a wear item designed to be replaced each season or depending on how hard or often someone rides.

It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers.
