Our rack includes a custom sub-frame bracket that adds additional strength to allow for heavier luggage bags or cargo without long support arms or fear of damage to your TW sub-frame.

Don't hit the trails without these tire irons. Each 10 inch forged steel tire iron has a hex wrench on one end. A 22mm for the front and a 24mm for the rear for older generation KLRs ('87 - '07) or a 19mm for the front and a 27mm for the rear for the new generation machines ('08 and newer). Rounded spoon end minimizes pinched tubes and scarred rims.
This is a stainless steel braided brake line for the front brake. These lines are noted for improved braking performance and feel over the stock rubber brake lines.

The Phillips type screws used in Japanese motorcycles are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws are very easy to strip if you are using a regular Phillips screwdriver.
This is a high quality Motion Pro T-handle driver with #1, #2, and #3 JIS bits made from S2 tool steel. There is bit in each end of the driver held in place magnetically. These are 1/4" hex drive heads so you can use all common driver bits as well. The narrow drive head profile easily fits into tight locations. The screws and nuts that hold the Air-box Cover on have a habit of jumping out of the air-box and running away. No idea where they go, but it is far! These cannot be purchased separately from Suzuki but we found some that are perfect replacements. This little kit includes four screws and the square nuts that go into the air-box. We recommend that you put a dab of silicone or something to hold the nuts in so they don't jump ship like the other ones did.
