The 12oclock Labs EXUP Emulator is used in place of the stock exhaust servo motor when you replace the stock exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust system. The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. Weight is less than 1/2 an ounce and it is a direct plug and play replacement.

The PowerBomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels. Includes clamp-on mounts for the stock heat shield.

For FMF mufflers only

• Reduce exhaust sound by one to six decibels

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.

It will fit Q4, Q4 Hex, Powercore and Powercore Hex mufflers.

It will reduce the sound rating of the Power Core models, from about 99db down to about 96db.

Please choose the correct Insert for your muffler. If you are unsure of the year that your muffler was manufactured you can easily identify visually which insert you will need.

Protect your head pipe from rock damage. This stainless steel spine clamps to your head pipe to add a layer of protective armor between your vulnerable pipe and those nasty rocks or logs. Fits the stock headpipe. Will fit the FMF head pipe with the addition of larger clamps.

If your aftermarket exhaust is missing heat shield mounting points for this is the easy fix you’ve been waiting for. Includes one stainless steel mounting bracket with M6 threaded nut, and one stainless steel hose clamp.

Fits exhaust approximately 1.1inch-2inch diameter. Trimming may be required for smaller diameter exhausts.

The Chilly Exhaust Heat Shield is the most effective heat shield on the market. The innovative three piece design consists of a top shield attached to 2 rails with rivets and spacers.
