The 12oclock Labs EXUP Emulator is used in place of the stock exhaust servo motor when you replace the stock exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust system. The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. Weight is less than 1/2 an ounce and it is a direct plug and play replacement.

Ride in warm temperatures a lot? Worried about your motor oil just getting too hot? The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.

Also known as the pickup, trigger coil or pulser. This is a known weakness on the DR650. When it fails there is no spark, weak spark or the spark timing is thrown way off. The WR Speedo is driven by the motor and is inaccurate up to 10% in the stock configuration. Change your gearing and it gets worse. The Speedo DRD corrects and fixes the speed signal after it was altered by something else, such as sprocket changes or tires size changes or transmission changes.

The Universal Kit does require some basic wiring to install. It's fairly easy, and only 4 wires; [positive, ground, signal-in, signal-out]. Universal Kit works for Cars, Trucks, & Motorcycles with digital odometers, and 3 wire speed sensors.

Lighting stators allow you to power a headlight and other electrical accessories, even if your bike originally does not have a lighting stator. Lighting stators contain two separate circuits, one for ignition & one for lights, so installing one will not effect the way your engine runs.

A HIGH output performance stator that replaces the OEM stator in the Honda XR400R and XR650R models.
