Top End Gasket Set w/ Metal Base Gasket
DR650SE '96-'11Moose Racing top end gasket set with the addition of a factory Suzuki metal base gasket. A metal base gasket is essential because paper gaskets will fail in the DR650.
Cam Bore Plug
DR650SE '96-'11This is the little rubber plug on the right hand side of the cylinder head. Replace this plug to avoid having an oil leak after disassembling your top top end.

Stainless Steel Carburetor Screws
DR650 '90-'11 allReplacement socket head (allen) screws. The factory screws that hold the top cap and float bowl on the stock carburetor are very easily damaged. The originals are usually installed unbelievably tight from the factory. It is common to ruin the stock screws when installing a jet kit or doing any other carburetor maintenance. Sold in a pack of four. Two for the cap and two for the float bowl.
Pingel Fuel Petcock

Chain & Sprocket Set: 520 O-Ring Chain Conversion
DR650SE '96-'11Many riders choose to convert over from the stock 525 to a 520 chain. Besides being lighter and less expensive, a 520 O-ring chain is much more common. If you find yourself a long way from home and in need of a chain, most bike shops will have a selection of 520 chains on hand but may not even have a 525 chain in stock. As another benefit, there are many more sprocket size choices in 520. Additional single sprockets are available below. 520 chains come with clip type master links.
Individual Sprockets & O-Ring Chain
DR650SE '96-'1113T &17T 520 sprockets use a special retainer plate which is included with the purchase of one of these sprockets. 14T, 15T & 16T 520 sprockets use the OEM retainer plate. 525 front sprockets use the original retainer plate.
Note about chains: Use 110 link chain for a 42 tooth rear sprocket and a 112 link chain for a 46 tooth sprocket. 520 chains come with clip type master links. 525 chains come with rivet type master links.

Stainless Steel C/S Sprocket Retainer Plate
DR650 '90-'11 allThe stock sprocket retainer will contact the chain when it is used with a 14 tooth C/S sprocket. We have our own sprocket retainer laser cut from 13 gauge stainless steel. This retainer works with all 3-hole 14T, 15T and 16T DR650 countershaft sprockets.

Cush Drive Rubber Dampers
DR650SE '96-'11The DR650 is rather hard on the cush drive rubbers. Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket hub. Sold as a set of 6 rubber dampers.
Chain Slider
DR650SE '96-'11The chain slider protects the swingarm from contact with the chain. Replace yours before it wears through to the swingarm.
Ball Bearing Chain Roller
A quality chain roller with 2 sealed ball bearings. The stock roller has no bearings. It's just a plastic wheel riding on a bolt. Ball bearing chain rollers are smoother, quieter and last longer.
Lower Chain Guide
DR650SE '96-'11Much tougher than the stock plastic chain guide. Metal side plates, replaceable wear blocks. Fits stock or larger size rear sprockets
EBC Clutch Kit - DRC Series
DR650SE '96-'11Complete set of friction plates, HD springs and steel separator plates prevent premature driven plate wear, oil muddying and loss of stack height. Built with swaged aluminum carriers that spread the load on the clutch basket and prevent clutch basket "dogging". Anti-swell, alloy impregnated heavy-duty cork-based facings for smooth clutch take-up. Allows modulation, unlike paper clutches which tend to snatch. Don't forget to add a fresh gasket (see below!).

Sprocket bolts
A set of six high quality grade 10 sprocket bolts with locknuts. Threadlock compound has already been applied for extra security.
Lock-Nut Style Rear Axle Nut
DR650SE '96-'11The 2006 and newer DR650 did away with the cotter pin on the rear axle and uses only a locknut. This is a nice upgrade for older models. You can avoid having to keep new replacement cotter pins on hand every time you adjust your chain.

Pro Circuit T-4 Slip-On Silencer
DR650SE '96-'11
Body is made from lightweight 6061 T-6 brushed aluminum and the end cap and intake tube are stainless steel. Silencers include wire-meshed spark arrester that can be removed for closed-course racing. Tunable end caps allow fine-tuning of power delivery for different types of riding and terrain.
Muffler Joint Gasket
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers (Q4 or PowerCore 4) do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler do require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.
Exhaust Gasket
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust..
High/Low H4 HID Light Kit 4300k
New lower price!More light - Less power! Only draws 35 watts yet puts out several times as much light as the stock 55 watt halogen bulb. The HID is for the riders who want the best but don't want to break the bank getting it. Operates on both high or low beam. Headlight Adjusters
DR650SE '96-'11We make these thumb-screws to replace the stock headlight adjustment screws. When you are loading the bike up for a long trip or swapping out your dirt wheels for the motard setup your headlight aim changes. These adjusters make it much easier to keep your headlight aimed properly. This is even more important if you are running the HID headlight as it is very easy to dazzle oncoming traffic if your headlight isn't aimed correctly.

Each 10 watt Solstice Solo produces 900 lumens. Roughly equal to a 50 watt halogen bulb. These are the brightest LED off road lamps on the market. The rugged and compact 2” x 2” square die-cast aluminum housing makes mounting easy. The Solstice Solo also features a 4 sided channel design that allows you to interlink it on all four sides with another Solstice Solo pod. DR650SE '96-'11ProCycle teamed up with Saddlemen to bring you another seat choice for the DR650. Our seats are built on stock seat pans to assure a proper fit. It works with any fuel tank - stock, IMS, Clarke or Safari. The top vinyl is a deep weave pattern to give some airflow between you and the seat. Sides are textured 'gripper' vinyl so you can get a good hold with your knees when necessary.
We designed our seat to be slightly narrower than the Corbin or Sargent to work better in those off-road situations when you have to stand on the pegs. The wider seats push out your knees making standing awkward. Our seat is also flatter up close to the tank to allow easier fore/aft body movement.

Folding Bar-End Mirrors

These helmets tend to run a little small compared to other brands. If you normally wear a medium you will want a large FX-37. If you normally wear a small you will want a medium.

Tire Iron Wrenches

Expedition and TetonThese Saddlebags have two straps over the seat and each bag attaches to the Wolfman Side Rack with 4 points for maximum hold. The mounting straps double as compression straps to keep the load attached and tight. Wolfman has succeeded in creating a functional, sturdy and quick release saddle bag system that will act as one with bike and rider. No loose moving bags here!
The Expedition bags are extremely tough and totally waterproof. The Teton bags use the same design in a more economical ballistic nylon fabric. The Tetons are durable, stable, weather resistant and dustproof. Both of these bags were built for adventurous and aggressive riders.

DR650SE '96-'11Like other Pro Moto Billet products, "Rack-It" cargo racks are a work of art. Not only are they functional, they look good too. Each rack is CNC machined from a 1/2 inch thick plate of 6061 billet aluminum. Moose Expedition Saddle Bags
Made of semi-rigid formed 600 denier and foam shell. They have water resistant zippers, internal mesh pockets, nylon straps and the depth is expandable from 6" to 8" deep. They are 17" long by 10" tall.
These bags are supported by over the saddle straps so do not require a rack system.
